It was a great way to see and learn about the city
We really enjoyed the attentive and professional explanations that our guide Oliwia with her strong sense of humor gave us during our visit of Warsaw last Friday. The two hours walk has been very pleasant and the ideal choice if you don't have a lot of time to spend in town.
This was our first afternoon in Warsaw and we had Olivia as our tour guide. We saw and learned so much about the city and her sarcastic, lively approach kept us engaged. We were impressed with her English ( raised for a time in the US), and her historical, cultural knowledge of Warsaw. We saw many interesting sights, and covered and learned so much more than had we been on our own. We took another tour with Warsaw Undiscovered, Life Behind the Iron Curtain, and it was excellent as well. Highly recommended!
This tour was one of the best things my partner and I did in Warsaw. Our tour guide was Agnieszka, who was extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, engaging, and charismatic. We loved our tour with her so much that we booked two more tours with her before we left (the Praga tour and the life under communism tour). The Praga tour was just me and my partner, while the other two tours were a few other people as well. In both instances, Agnieszka was attentive to making sure every group member felt included, and she was extremely patient with all of our questions, even in the slightly larger group. She had thoughtful and informative answers to every question we asked. She comes to the tours prepared with photos to help illustrate what life looked like in the past, and her tours are also thoughtfully designed with adequate stops where seating is available. She is excellent at organizing her tours to provide context without being overwhelming. To top it all off, she is simply a lovely person. Highly recommend any of Agnieszka's tours!
Agnieszka was fantastic. She was knowledgeable and energetic. She was able to field questions from a couple of self professed history nerds. The tour was small so it was more a two-hour conversation. I would highly recommend it.
Aga was an amazing guide - knowledgeable, engaging, humorous, and flexible. She took pains to understand what our primary interests were. She had also clearly prepared extensively for guiding this tour. She made Warsaw even more interesting than I thought it would be! Highly recommended!
We were lucky enough to do the tour with Oliwia yesterday - she is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about Warsaw. We appreciated her sense of humor and her recommendations for our interest in Polish food. Highly recommended tour we learnt so much and had a great laugh along the way.
Super guide, fluent English, well versed in all questions. Good catalogue of photos showing the buildings pre-reconstruction. `Tailored tour to visitors wishes and dialogue including a coffee stop. Particularly well versed re Warsaw 1939-45 not just re buildings but people.
Fantastic guide, great information. Really loved it. Olivia was a fantastic guide with a great sense of humour.
I had the pleasure of taking two tours with Warsaw Undiscovered this week, and both were outstanding experiences. On Monday, I joined Life Behind the Iron Curtain led by Oliwia, and it was so fascinating and well presented that I immediately signed up for their Historic Heart of Warsaw tour on Wednesday with Agnieszka. Both guides were exceptional. Oliwia and Agnieszka are natural storytellers who know how to bring history to life with insight, warmth, and humor. They didn’t just recite facts; they wove together stories that satisfied my academic curiosity while immersing me in the depth of Polish culture and heritage. I especially appreciated how each tour balanced historical detail with cultural context, making the past feel vivid and relevant. Between Oliwia’s deep dive into Poland’s Iron Curtain years and Agnieszka’s intimate portrayal of Warsaw’s historic center, I felt like I saw two very different but equally important sides of the city. Warsaw Undiscovered truly lives up to its name—these tours go beyond surface-level sightseeing and deliver experiences that are both intellectually engaging and incredibly enjoyable. I came away with a much deeper appreciation for Warsaw, and I would wholeheartedly recommend these tours to anyone visiting the city.
