We had an exceptional experience with Roger during the transfer from Heathrow to our hotel in central London. He was much more than a driver — he was a true host and cultural guide. In addition to the initial translation, we took a few tours with him around the city and discovered a side of London that is not in the traditional tour guides. Roger has a deep knowledge of history, architecture and local curiosities, making the trip much more interesting and enriching. The transfer from Heathrow Airport to our London hotel was sensational. Roger was not only waiting for us, but monitoring our arrival since the plane landed. Very friendly, cordial and attentive, the transfer was also a tour. Roger went along a path where we saw the Natural History Museum, Harrods, Hyde Park and even Buckingham Palace. All with great safety and availability. On the return, arrived on time at the hotel and, at the airport, asked to accompany us and help with check-in, until leaving us in the boarding area. We'll be back in London in July and I've already hired your services again. Note 1000!!!

Yeah, he slightly changed what I thought of London and England. It started with the transfer from Heathrow Airport, where everything worked very well. Roger is very caring, affectionate and "funny". Then I contracted a few tours with him: 2 days in London, Bath, Oxford, Gloucester and Windsor. I loved everything. He was explaining to me little and always very punctual (it is already a British). On the return to Heathrow Airport, everything wonderful again. Super recommend and when I think of returning to England, I will immediately contact Roger.
