For lufthavnsrejsende: Søg efter chauffører med Roatan Airport Shuttles trøje, skilte og logoer på lokale havne, lufthavne og dit ønskede afhentningssted. Vi vil bekræfte navnet på din chauffør inden din ankomst. Til færge gæster: Efter du lander og du får din bagage, kigge efter os inde i terminalen holder et skilt med vores navn og logo (Roatan Airport Shuttles). Din chauffør vil også have et skilt med dit navn på det. I betragtning af timerne for færge ankomster anbefaler vi en hurtig landingsproces. Til afhentning (hoteller, Airbnbs osv.): Vores virksomhed vil kontakte dig via sms, WhatsApp eller e-mail for at bekræfte din returrejse og bedste tidspunkt for afhentning. Afhentning til afgang vil finde sted 3 timer før dit fly afgår. For nationale flyvninger er afhentningstiden 2 timer før afgang.

5-Star experience with my transportation experiences. Easy to book and the communication beforehand was exactly what I needed. Mario was waiting for me both times, ready even before it our pickup times. Also he provided great history of the island, pointed out interesting spots, gave me recommendations on food and tours when I asked and made the trips very enjoyable! Our transportation folks here could learn a lot from them! Thanks for making this enjoyable and easy!!
When my Resort didn't respond to my request for transportation from the airport, I checked in to Viator, and I'm really glad I did. They responded right away and the trip cost me much less than what I would have paid. The driver was waiting for me outside of baggage claim with a sign with my name. He was very friendly and gave me a lot of history of the island, along with tips on places to eat and things to do. I only hope I get this driver for my trip back to the airport

Outstanding service from Roatan Airport Shuttle and our driver, Mario! Our connecting flight was significantly delayed, and we didn't arrive in Roatán until the next day. Even with this unexpected change, Mario stayed in contact and had absolutely no problem adjusting our pickup time. He was waiting for us at the airport right on time, which was a huge relief after a long travel day. Mario is not only an excellent and safe driver, but he is also incredibly knowledgeable about the island. During our ride, he shared fascinating stories about Roatán's history, culture, and local landmarks. It was like getting a private island tour from a local expert. His professionalism, patience, and friendly personality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. I would highly recommend this company for transportation in Roatan. The communication was excellent even before I arrived. Mario met me at the airport with a sign that had my name on it. He even took me to a grocery store and helped me pick out some delicious local snacks. I even used them for transportation besides the airport and everything worked out great. Also, shout out to Adrian who picked me up and took me to my return flight. The prices were great and the customer service was amazing!!!!

Mario was the best! He was so incredibly nice and told us all about Roatan while driving us to our hotel. He helped us shop for groceries and was such a pleasure to meet! Would 100% book again.

Mario was a great communicator and came early to pick me up. He drove safely and brought my bags to the AA check in desk. The best car service I’ve ever experienced.

Communication was amazing and very prompt service. Car from airport was a bit tight to resort for 2 couples. Van back to airport was perfect and driver more engaging! (First driver didn’t say a word….likely no English.)
