Vi stopper ved denne souvenirbutik. Her får du mulighed for at købe en souvenir fra din ferie eller noget du har brug for.
Efter at have været i souvenirbutikken tager vi en rundtur på det lokale marked i dette område. Du vil se naturlige-økologiske produkter til salg af beboere i området
Tur gennem gaderne i Anamuya-bjerget
Besøg i det typiske dominikanske hus, et smukt sted, hvor du vil se, hvordan et typisk hus i vores land er, selvom vi allerede har forbedret infrastrukturen. Her vil du nyde den levende proces af nogle naturlige produkter, høstet i den samme terrasse .
Efter at have forladt det typiske hus gik vi for at nyde en lækker typisk dominikansk frokost nær Anamuya-floden.
Efter frokost tager vi vejen mod cigaretfabrikken.
Ved dette stop vil du nyde en lækker cigar, du vil også kunne se processen med at lave den. Du vil have mulighed for at lave din egen cigar, hvis du ønsker det.
Efter at have nydt en god cigar og en drink mamajuana, tog vi mod Macao-stranden, en lille 25-minutters rejse.
Macao Beach: Den smukkeste strand i øst. Her får du et par minutter til at slappe lidt af og få en pina colada, hvis du ønsker det (ikke inkluderet i pakken).

Unforgettable, educational, packed and enjoyable... just a highlights. Our guide was absolutely perfect and highly professional in every way. This excursion was cover so much during the 6/7 hours, but the way it was crafted we feel absolutely no pressure and have a laid back atmosphere. Very small group, personal touch, lunch included... Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed. Thank you guys...
A good guide who told a lot. Bus could have been better taken care of. Bad experience in tourist shop. Shopkeeper raised the price of a bracelet from 10 to 45 euros. I felt relieved and refused. Eventually I got it through the guide Teo for the actual price of 10 usd. The bracelet was immediately broken on pick-up after returning. This was such a downer that I haven't bought anything anywhere.

This tour immersed us into the Dominican culture. Teo is a great tour guide and very knowledgeable about everything in the area. The horse ride through the pasture was well organized and gentle horses. It was neat to see the church and downtown Higuey. The authentic Dominican Republic dinner tasted homemade and superb after eating only resort food for days. The demonstration on how the locals make coffee and cocoa from their own trees was great to experience. The stop at Macao beach was beautiful. The tour indicates a half day, but we were picked up from our resort at 8 am and dropped off at 3 pm, there was a lot packed into the day! And are van driver did an awesome job getting us through the traffic and cities.

I really enjoyed this excursion. I recommend it to anyone that’s going into the Dominican Republic. The tour guide was fabulous. His name was Toeflo. He is awesome explaining everything that he showed us on the trip. If you would like to know anything about the Dominican Republic cultural, this is a great excursion to take no lie that man knows everything about his country.

Lovely half day out with interesting things to see. We didn't do the horse riding but that was just our preference. Teo our guide was absolutely fantastic. Very knowledgeable and drove with care on what can be quite interesting roads! I didn't feel the beach stop in Macao added to the trip - wasn't enough time to change and enjoy the beach and was slightly too long to just look at it... Otherwise it was a great day out for those wanting to have some culture without spending all day getting to Santa Domingo and back again. Very good value excursion without any hard selling during the tour. Thank you Teo for a really nice day out.

Lunch was a highlight—an authentic Dominican Republic meal that was both delicious and comforting. We also loved the coffee and chocolate tour, where we learned how both are made and got to sample the freshest flavors. The cigar factory visit was surprisingly fun and informative, even for those who aren’t cigar fans! Overall, it was a fun, relaxing, and memorable tour that gave us a deeper appreciation for the Dominican Republic. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore local culture in an enjoyable way!
