Om morgenen afhentes du fra dit hotel i Luxor Du vil blive overført af en aircondition (bil / bus) med en lille gruppe af mennesker til Dendera tempel, vejen til templet tager omkring 1h.15min for hver gå og komme tilbage. (1h 15min gå + 1h 15min tilbage). Når du ankommer til Dendera-templet, som er en af de bedste seværdigheder i det sydlige Qena i Egypten, står Dendera-templet, bygget af Ptolemaios IX Soter II, midt i et stort område begrænset af en mur af lufttørrede mursten, næsten helt ødelagt, hvis sider er mellem 925 og 990 fod lange; på nordlige og østlige sider er der to storslåede porte, der er bygget i perioden med romersk styre. I had a wonderful trip to Dendera Temple and would highly recommend this tour. Both the driver and our guide, Asma, were very friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout the day. The guided tour was excellent. Asma shared a wealth of interesting information about the history, architecture, and significance of the temple. The explanations were clear, engaging, and full of fascinating insights that helped me better understand and appreciate this remarkable site. I learned a lot and gained a deeper appreciation of ancient Egyptian history thanks to her knowledge and passion. The driver ensured a comfortable and safe journey, and the entire experience was well organised from start to finish. On the way back, we also enjoyed a very good lunch, which was a nice addition to an already excellent day. Thanks to Asma and the driver, the visit was both enjoyable and memorable. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Dendera Temple and looking for a friendly, informative, and well-organised experience. 5/5 – Excellent service, knowledgeable guide, comfortable transportation, and a great lunch!

Marwa fatafeat elsoket was my tour guide for Dendara and she did an excellent job explaining the temple to me and all its fascinating inscriptions and stories with some free time allowed for me to take extra pictures. A very nice half day getaway from Luxor and Dendara is absolutely beautiful.
Dandera Temple for someone interested in ancient Egypt is a must. But doing it solo is not a good idea. Our guide Ablaa described everything for us perfectly. She answered all our questions (and we asked a lot), she has amazing knowledge, and was really friendly! She described all of the gods, told us their history, and tought us how to distiguish them. We had different guides across multiple trips, but she is our number 1.
Great experience visiting Dendera - everything was smooth and well organised. Our guide Momo was a fantastic: knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful throughout. This tour was hands down the best tour I have ever been on. The fantastic Egyptologist PHD guide Abu, had a brilliant knowledge of the Dendara temple and was able to guide me effortlessly through this mesmerising time capsule of history.
