Vi oplever ofte, at vi passerer gennem byen Salerno, fordi det er et strategisk sted for at besøge Amalfikysten, Pompeji, Paestum osv. men Salerno er en by rig på historie, kunst og traditioner... så hvilken bedre anledning til at tage på en tur med en Salernitan? Jeg vil vise dig de mest turistede steder i byen, men også de mindre kendte, som du kun kan opdage med en lokal person! Denne gåtur er let og sjov, vi starter fra byens oprindelse, passerer gennem det historiske centrum, hvor der er spor fra middelalderen, op til den moderne del, og vi slutter på det nøjagtige punkt, hvor vi begyndte.

Alessia was a great tour guide. We learned so much about Salerno that we would have not known without her knowledge. The church was the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. 100% recommended if you are in Salerno.
Alessia was a true joy to have as an expert in local Salerno history. She was also very personable and made a great connection with our group who included family and 2 others from our cruise ship.
Alessi was very kind, fun and very knowledgeable. She went out of her way to customize the tour around our interests. Her English was very good and she was very accommodating. An amazing experience from a local history major. So worth exploring the old town into the new and finding hidden history. Our guide, Alessia, was very well spoken. She loved questions both current and historical. Everyone seemed to enjoy her tour. Just a wonderful way to spend a few hours getting insider tips on Salerno. Highly recommend this walking tour. Note, a few steps up into a church but otherwise the typical incline of streets. Beware of local drivers, they seem out to take out pedestrians.

This was a fantiastic introduction to Salerno! Not all tourist sites recommend visiting Salerno, and after this tour, I think skipping it is a mistake. Alessia is an energetic, engaging, informative, and knowledgeable guide who really brought Salerno to life for me. She spent more time with us than was promised, sharing info about history, architecture, and religion. At the end of the tour, she helped the group find restaurants and other sites of interest. I highly recommend this tour!
So much fun visiting Salerno and Alesia, our guide communicated with me immediately upon receiving my reservation. She was fantastic! She was informative and took us to many interesting spots we would not have gone on our own. Such a great way to spend the evening and get to know the history of this beautiful city of Salerno.
Ali provided a great overview of the city in its history. We were so impressed with the Saint Matthews Cathedral‘s in the details she shared withus and the things she pointed out. She also gave us some great tips for places to eat.
