Winery Tour og vinsmagning i Siena med eftermiddagsmåltid. Dykkede i den magiske atmosfære af landlige Toscana, kun et stenkast fra den gamle bydel i middelalderlige Siena, oplevelsen er en rejse ind i historien, kultur, tradition og videnskab, der giver liv til hver flaske af vores økologiske vin. Under visningen af vingården vil vi sammen analysere egenskaberne ved vingårdens agro-økosystem og de teknikker, der anvendes til at bevare og regenerere landdistrikternes ressourcer. I vores gamle vinkælder vil vi tage dig gennem den fascinerende verden af vinfremstilling og hemmelighederne bag fremstilling af kvalitetsvin. Turen slutter i vores smagsrum, hvor du vil forstå alle de organoleptiske nuancer af vores unge og vintage vine. Hvert glas vil blive parret med de bedste sæsonbestemte toscanske produkter, for at glæde din palat og nærer din sjæl.

Rejseplan
Gå gennem vinstokken, ved hjælp af enkle og klare ord, vil vi analysere agronomiske teknikker i forhold til den biologiske cyklus af vinstokken og teknikker til bevarelse og regenerering af landdistrikter ressourcer.
I kælderen vil vi diskutere de grundlæggende principper for kvalitetsvinfremstilling, i alle de afgørende faser i processen fra drue til vin: de-stemming-crushing, alkoholisk fermentering, maceration, malolaktisk fermentering, racking, modning og aldring.
I smagsrummet vil vi smage 5 af vores fine økologiske vine. Vi vil stimulere sanserne til at fange hver subtile olfactory-gustatory note af vores produkter. En symfoni af følelser, som kun gode vine kan give. For at glæde din smag og nærer din sjæl, vil hvert glas vin blive parret med et sæsonbestemt produkt og vores værdifulde økologiske ekstra jomfruolie.

Excellent, my daughter and i would highly recommend La Lastra! Very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and humorous! We met with both Lorenzo & John Luigi and they are a great team! The facility/grounds were gorgeous. The lovely family served our delicious homemade pasta lunch with homegrown vegetables from their garden followed by a homemade dessert! We also appreciated that their vineyard and vegetable garden are all organic! And last but not least, their wine is delicious! And this experience is only a 45 minute walk from Sienas city centre! Great experience with a funny down to earth guide who shared the best and not so great aspects of wine and olive oil growing and harvesting. The wine tasting was very enjoyable and the food was very good. I would highly recommend this wine tasting to anyone interested in learning more about Italian wines.

Our guide and sommelier, Gianluigi, was very informative and passionate about the winery, their product and sustainable practices. We visited the vineyard, learning about their organic processes. We then visited the cellar, learning about the aging process. He shared a number of the challenges wineries are facing today as well as ways they are constantly adapting to meet those challenges. We learned quite a lot in a short time while enjoying a number of their wines paired with delicious local flavors. Excellent tour!

Absolutely perfect afternoon! Lorenzo was so knowledgeable, warm & friendly. We learned so much about the vineyard life and winemaking in general. The vineyard is beautiful, the tasting was exceptional, the food was an unexpected delight and the company was engaging. We made new friends, tried 5 wines and then dessert with a dessert wine. One of the best tour experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a wine experience! Say hi to Lorenzo!
Our guide was amazing (GianMarco I believe) and really knew the ins and outs of wine making. They also have an olive grove which was a lovely surprise. Amazing experience and I would highly recommend! Support this winery :)
