Gullfoss er et af de mest berømte og elskede vandfald i Island; den består af to trin. Den første kaskade er 11 meter (33 fod), og den anden fald er 21 meter (65 fod). Væggene i kløften, som vandfaldet løber ind i, når højder på op til 70 meter (230 fod). Geologer mener, at kløften blev dannet af glaciale udbrud i slutningen af sidste istid.

What a wonderful tour! For a nice short period of time, learned a lot about Iceland and saw some beautiful waterfalls and geysers. Definitely recommended.

Fantastic day with Sergei! We saw the amazing highlights of the Golden Circle with the most knowledgeable and personable guide you could ask for! Not another cattle call big bus tour, this is a high-quality, wonderful introduction to the sights and natural beauty of this incredible volcanic island!
We arranged this tour as we were travelling with our two children, 4 and 8 years old and felt it gave us a little more flexibility, comfort and personalisation. Sergei was a fantastic guide. Before the tour he was happy to exchange a number of emails answering our questions and informing us of what to plan for. The 4x4 minivan is very comfortable and capable. Sergei is endless font of knowledge, not just of the main attractions but general information. Along the way he also offered small stops to see some of the other interesting spots on the route in addition to the 3 main stops which added to the personalisation. Thoroughly recommend!!

The best experience with Denis and Maria. We participated in 1 day tour and it was wonderful. You can't find better hosts. All the time they accompany you and are watching over us. They take the best pictures! They have a lot of information and answer your doubts. Highly recommended.

We booked a private tour for the Golden Circle and the South Coast combined. It was fantastic. Couldn’t have been more informative, courteous and helpful. It wasn’t cheap. We took another tour the second day with a larger company and a larger group. It was very disappointing compared to the quality of our day with Top Iceland Tour. You get what you pay for is certainly true in this case.
Thank you for highlighting our tour. Yes, private tours are more expensive than group tours, but they allow us to be more flexible in the route and travel schedule, and also provide a customer-oriented approach to our guests. We are glad you appreciated it! :)
