This was a great way to see the city in a short time. Our driver was fantastic, made sure we were comfortable and showed us all the sites we wanted to see.

Falu was amazing we saw all the sights at our own speed he knew the best authentic restaurant and great gelato!! I will call him when we come back! Worth every penny!!

Alessandro was very nice and accommodating. He recommended a wonderful restaurant for lunch. It was pouring rain the day we visited Genoa but Alessandro was readily available with an umbrella to make us as comfortable as possible. We had a lovely day but just understand this is a driving service not a tour guide necessarily so you need to have a plan for your day and the driver got us there in a timely and safe manner.

At first there was no clear communication on where we should meet. At the escalator, at the info center or at Security gate. My son found him and we began the tour. The driver was very pleasant. He did not speak or understand English very well. He tried. We ultimately just drove around He showed us Columbus house and a church that had a bomb not explode in WW2. We then drove around town for 3 hours and we asked him to return us to the ship an hour early. In his defense it was very crowded so he couldn’t. Really pull over.

Francesco was a great chauffeur!! He said he wasn’t a guide, but he gave us Ana amazing overview of Genoa, took us EVERYWHERE for beautiful pictures, and made reservations for a fantastic Italian lunch! He was very knowledgeable, polite and funny! It was truly a day we will never forget!
