Learning about and sampling the world famous Geisha coffee was a delightful experience. The hosts and hostess were exceptional! I highly recommend this experience.

The minute you walk in door the wonderful sweet, fruity aroma of Geisha coffee hits you, and you know this will be fun. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They obviously are passionate about their work. All grew up on different family coffee farms. Nowhere in Panama did we find people whor exuded such national pride. Their English was excellent. The cafe and little museum are owned by the Panamanian Coffee Association.. We loved the relaxed pace of the tour and tasting. We asked tons of questions throughout and were invited to stay afterwards as long as we wanted, sipping different coffees and the accompanying light snacks A fun place BTW to buy small gifts,, e.g. books or samples of the exquisite Geisha coffee. Our daughter manages a high-end coffee shop in Washington DC, so she knows a great deal about coffee. She loved the experience and was able to confirm for us that the information they shared was accurate. Though I am not much of a coffee drinker myself, I still enjoyed the experience tremendously. For a coffee lover visiting Panama this would be a "can't miss" experience.
