Maciej was great - he had the tickets arranged; made sure we found our Auschwitz guide ok (it’s a busy place!) and suggested we met at his van at the halfway point to have sandwiches (it’s a long tour). It was also lovely to travel to the camps in a van rather than a crowded bus. He got umbrellas for us and was ready and waiting at the end. There and back we did a couple of detours to see an old monastery by the Vistula; drive through a particularly lovely bit of forest, and have a quick look at the wooden church that was Pope John Paul’s first as a priest and which he moved from one village to another when he was Arch Bishop! It was a nice way to restore our mood after such a sombre day.
Sobering. Lots of walking, too. And on uneven surfaces. Tour guide was informative and professional.
Our driver, Adrian, picked us up on time even though he had to substitute for our scheduled driver who was ill that day. Since we speak some Polish, we were able to converse with him & he tried very hard to give us highlights along the way. Thank you, Adrian! Auschwitz was definitely on our list of places to see and we are glad we went. It is very sobering and moving to walk around this compound where so many suffered and died. The tour guide was very good at sharing and evoking the feelings that these prisoners must have experienced. I just wish the groups could have been smaller & we had more time to read and look at all the pictures and items. There were multiple tour groups back to back so it felt a bit rushed. But I am still glad we took this tour and highly recommend it.
Viator cancelled multiple tours on us last minute, even when they showed they had tickets available and did not
We are really sorry for that but as we mentioned by text messeges to you. This place is really popular and it's really better to book this tour in advance, not at 11:00 pm (23:00) for the next day morning. Hope you will choose our offer in future. We always do our best to make the tours like best experience for you.
Great tour to take. Matthew was a great guide and went above and beyond. Was very knowledgeable. Transportation was a nice van and very comfortable. Highly recommend this tour.
I brought my students for the third time to see the memento of humanity. I wanted to experience a journey through stories like in Theresienstadt but this is impossible in Auschwitz. Thank you for accommodating us, everybody was helpful and kind.

Very sad but must do trip! Private transfer was provided, he was so kind and even gave us a little packed lunch and brolly as it was raining all day! Thank you

Really rewarding experience, it was a very expected day for me and my family and despite the rain we really enjoyed it. The taxi driver was truly infinitely kind and we thank him again a thousand times for that.
Dear Madam, We are grateful for your opinion. We are glad that the tour was successful for you despite the bad weather conditions. Hope to meet you on our other tours, we cordially invite you! Best regards, Joanna Adamczyk
Being at Auschwitz and Birkenau one of histories darkest pages is the reason to go. But organization of this is chaotic. Although we our private driver was on time and friendly. The person who had or ticket was stuck in traffic. No interaction with this man. He was just doing his job. Guide was very strict, but did a great job. The group was to big (even the guide said that to us)
Dear Pascal, We are grateful for your feedback. Thank you for all your comments, each of them is important to improve our services. Best regards, Joanna Poland Active
