DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM , go straight to the boat company.(they don’t make it clear they are a third party company) We arrived to our paid 10:00 am “reservation”just to find out there was no reservation, their customer service was very rude and hung up on us. We tried to get refund so we could paid straight to the company but they refused. We had to wait 2 hours to get on the next boat.
The trip did not occur due to closure of the waterway for Fourth of July celebrations. I was unable to get in contact with the agency to request a refund. I contacted Viator and they could not reach the agency either. Awaiting to hear back to see if a refund will be issued.
No commentary of what you are passing by, its strictly a boat ride. Unorganized. We stood in the line at the pier just for the operators to come out and make you get out the line to print boarding passes....it was chaos. Why not have some on doing that while you are waiting for the boat to dock, or better yet have you get a boarding pass online before you arrive. We also booked for a certain time and they changed the time from 2 to 5, completly different pier. Directions to the exact docking site was incorrect so I had to call them to find out which dock we were leaving from once we got to the pier.
Bought 2 tickets, turned up at the destination, only to be told that there was no booking made. We either had to leave it, or buy a ticket from the cruise company at full price. Still trying to get my money back from viator
Our tickets did not work - they would not scan! Awful experience!! When I was told to call the number I did and Viator did not answer.

The ticket says departure at 8 PM. We arrived at 7:30 and the boat was gone. The stuff was so rude. We didn’t get a refund or a credit as we were only here for one day. Do not book.

Got a text the day before changing location. Registration was chaotic and disorganized. The boat hardly had any outside viewing. Windows inside were caked with salt so viewing was poor. The recorded guide was hard to hear, especially inside, which had no ac. For what we paid, would have thought it would be a better experience.
The organizers were a very nice team of people. It was not crowded and easy to move between different parts of the boat. The boat went slow and nice cruising. It was a nice ride for the price.
The vendor (third party) for this experience took our money, changed the plan, and did not provide an update of tickets reflecting the change. They refuse to send us a refund. We’ve used Viator multiple times and this was the first bad experience we’ve had. We are out our money as this third party vendor says they can’t reimburse. We ended up buying another set of tickets at the gate, took the tour, and decided we won’t use this service going forward.

Lovely tour around the bottom of the city. You sit around the perimeter of a fifty foot boat, and the guide gives you fun facts about the sites as you go from the west side of the island, past the Statue of Liberty and up to the Brooklyn bridge. Recommended tourist activity.
