First, a Turkish bath in the hammam, then scraping for half an hour. Shower. Tea appetizer with dates. Full body massage: relaxing on the back and legs. And very relaxing on the feet and face. The foot massage, my favorite. He used scented oils and soft creams. Carmen attended to me and was very attentive, polite, considerate, and kind at all times.
It is worth going, they take care in detail massage and facial cleanse without rush. Thanks to tzu and carmen for the deal. 100% recommended.
Our Spa Processing and Couple Massage was simply total luxury. Therapists Estrella and Yalu worked with incredible harmony and we came out completely refreshed!
The place is spotless and from the moment you walk in, you can feel the calming atmosphere - the design, the scents, and the way the staff welcomes you all set the tone perfectly. Everything feels fresh and personal, as if the entire cabin was prepared just for you. You get a true royal treatment with your own private room, Turkish bath, and shower, all equipped with everything you might need. I had the ceremonial Turkish bath and massage. It was my first time experiencing something like this, and Tzu Ting made it feel effortless. She explained everything clearly, guided me through the process, and made sure I felt comfortable at all times. Professional, attentive, and kind (and she speaks great English too). The massage itself was incredible. Tzu Ting really knows what she’s doing, she found the perfect tempo and pressure, and it felt like real therapy for the body, not just a surface-level treatment. For me, this was an experience of a lifetime. I can’t wait to come back to Madrid and do it again. Thank You Tzu!

We had the top package of treatments. Staff were lovely.. probably the top end of what you would want to pay for the size of the place..
