This was my second time using HCJ Tours, and once again, the service was exceptional. I booked a round trip from Knutsford in Montego Bay to Bahia Principe, and Shak was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Before the trip, Shak reached out and asked what kind of beverage I would like, and I chose a flavored beer, and he made sure it was ready for me. That level of thoughtfulness really stood out. He was also on time, as usual, which is something I truly appreciate. Shak is so easy to talk to; it honestly feels like you’re chatting with an old friend. During the trip, he suggested we take a little detour, and we stopped at a place that sells roast yam and saltfish. Let me tell you… it was the best roast yam and saltfish I have ever had in my entire life! It was such a simple moment, but it became one of my favorite memories from the trip. I also want to highlight that this was a solo trip for me, and safety was very important. I felt completely safe and comfortable with Shak. He was a true gentleman throughout the entire experience, and that meant a lot. On the way back, I also got to try a Calico Jack rum punch for the first time, and it did not disappoint, it was really good! HCJ Tours goes above and beyond, and Shak’s service, kindness, and professionalism are unmatched. This is my second time booking with them, and I already know it will not be my last. No need to look any further, just book with HCJ Tours. You won’t regret it!

The resort stay was great but more important was the transportation that got us to our destination. HCJ Tours Jamaica was everything and more. Shaking handled my daughter and I with care.
