Denne udflugt inkluderer en rejseplan i flere etaper, der introducerer dig til og værdsætter steder af særlig naturværdi i Etna-parkreservatet op til en højde af cirka 2000 meter. Takket være vores personales erfaring vil du få en interessant og sjov oplevelse ombord på 4x4-køretøjer. Med udgangspunkt i lavastrømmene, der truede hele landsbyer, besøger vi de udslukte kratere og udsigtspunktet over den majestætiske Valle del Bove. Du vil besøge et lavarør udstyret med hjelm og speleologlys. Turen afsluttes med en prøvesmagning af sicilianske specialiteter. VIGTIG BEMÆRKNING: Vores mødested i Trecastagni a MontataGrande kan nås med bil. Afhentning er tilgængelig fra Catania eller andre byer. Rejseplan
Turen går gennem besøget af forskellige attraktioner (mindst 4): de gamle og nyere lavastrømme; Valle del Bove; besøget af en vulkansk hule med lys og hjelme; gå på sidekraterne på omkring 2000 meter.
Panoramastop i den spektakulære Valle del Bove, et naturligt amfiteater skabt af sammenbruddet af Etnas gamle udbrudscentre. Denne fase må ikke udføres med start fra Taormina. Alternativt kan du nå skisportsstedet Piano Provenzana, der blev ødelagt af udbruddet i 2002.
Besøg denne eller en lignende hule med lys og speleologhjelm for at forstå det fascinerende fænomen med dannelsen af lavarør. Guiderne vil hjælpe dig på dette fascinerende naturlige sted at gå ned i vulkanens bugter.
Smagning på all'agricoltour MontataGrande med smagning af Etna og sicilianske specialiteter (vin, likører, olie, honning fra Zafferana, søde cremer, salt pesto, pistacie fra Bronte osv.). Denne fase finder kun sted med sikkerhed fra mødestederne i Catania eller MontataGrande, afhængigt af tilgængeligheden af lokationen.

Wonderful experience. Our guides were so knowledgeable and accommodating for the children and older adults in our group. Our stops on the tour were interesting, engaging and filled with cultural information as well as education of the volcano’s geology itself. If you want to explore Etna and what this volcano truly means to the Sicilian people, do not hesitate to book! A great time had by all!

We had a great experience on this Mt. Etna tour. Luca was an excellent guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and full of interesting information about Mt. Etna and the surrounding area. He was also incredibly helpful when I climbed to one of the craters, making the experience much easier and more enjoyable. His guidance and encouragement were greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this tour, especially if you're lucky enough to have Luca as your guide!
It’s not often that you come across a tour guide as knowledgeable and genuinely engaging as Ciccia. We considered a few other tours, but we’re so glad we chose this one. Being in a small group (we got lucky it was just our family) made a huge difference—we were able to ask questions freely and really hear and absorb the answers. Ciccia’s knowledge of Mount Etna and its history was incredible, and it was clear how passionate he is about what he does. He was kind, welcoming, and truly appreciative of us being there, which made the entire experience feel personal and memorable. Don’t fall for the cheaper big group tours, this is 100% worth it!!
Francesco was an enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide about all things Mama Etna. This trip was amazing from the hike to the craters, the inside of the lava tube, and the jeep ride to the lava flow. The tastings and our lunch were an added bonus! This was a highlight of our travels.
Great experience with Oracio, who spoke very good French; he was able to explain the history of Etna well and answered our questions with a touch of humor. We saw the Valley of the Bull, visited a volcanic cave, and climbed a crater. To top it all off, a tasting of various farm products (pistachio/hazelnut creams, flavored oils, chocolate, pestos, liqueurs, etc.) beautifully concluded this visit. Thank you, it was fantastic!
Must-do if you visit Catania! We truly enjoyed out trip to Etna. Our guide Ciccio was amazing and super fun, full of sooo many stories, we learned so much about Mama Etna. Our 5 year-old daughter loved the experience - from climbing Etna, and the lava cave to the 4x4 off-road trip and delicious farm food.
A superb and very informative visit with a very competent and friendly guide, Marco. Go there! You will learn everything about Etna! The lunch at the cafeteria is delicious.
