My impression is that the costs keep increasing along the way and that much important information is not clearly explained from the start. They propose, for example, a lunch at €35 per person, without transparently specifying what is actually included, and then when it comes time to pay, the surprises arrive. And unfortunately, it is not the first time this has happened to me with them. I find this way of working to be unfair to the customer. If we agree on a price, I want to know exactly how much I will pay and for what, without having to discover new costs later. In particular, I did not appreciate the way Giorgia handled these situations. Personally, I do not like working with people who are not clear and transparent from the beginning. After several experiences of this type, I no longer trust their management and do not recommend this company. If you decide to book anyway, my advice is simple: ask for everything in writing — final price, included services, and any extras — before paying any deposit.

I have collaborated with East Coast Experience twice, and unfortunately, both experiences left me very disappointed regarding the administrative and commercial management. In both cases, during the initial agreements and correspondence, a specific price was communicated to me and a deposit was requested. At the time of the final payment, however, additional costs appeared compared to what was initially agreed upon. Once can be a misunderstanding. When it happens twice, I personally find it hard to consider it as such. I find this way of working not very transparent and, above all, disrespectful toward the client, who organizes an event counting on a budget and on previously agreed-upon conditions. I was also particularly annoyed by Giorgia's handling of the situation: when I asked for explanations, the responsibility was blamed on the secretary, while on the other hand, it seemed that no one knew anything. This constant shifting of responsibility from one person to another is, in my opinion, not professional behavior. It is truly a shame because I want to emphasize one important thing: the crew was excellent. Captain Riccardo and Maria Rita are wonderful, helpful, professional, and responsible people. They have my full gratitude, because they made the experience on board pleasant. Precisely for this reason, it is even more disappointing to see such a difference between the quality of the crew and the commercial management of the company. After two similar experiences, for me, this will be the last collaboration with East Coast Experience. To anyone who decides to book with them anyway, I strongly advise getting the final total price in writing, clearly specifying what is included and what is not, before paying any deposit, to avoid unpleasant surprises at the time of the final payment. Personally, after what happened twice, I cannot recommend this company.

Scam. To be avoided. Totally misleading photos. The meal consists of fries, flatbreads, and low-quality sparkling wine. No verrines, no appetizers, no cocktails, no desserts. Fortunately, there was the sunset. €850 for six people: the biggest tourist trap I have ever experienced!!
