Great service and quality of excursion. Driver very attentive and safe. Vehicle very smart and tidy. Company very efficient at replying to mails.
From start to finish they were exceptional and very attentive to my every need. From the airport to the hotel was hassle free and enjoyable. The trip I took to bob Marley museum and Dunn's river falls was specifically designed for me, took me where I wanted to go and whatever time I wanted, suggested the best eatery's and gave me lots of local knowledge. Will definitely be using them again next time I visit the island of dreams
We recommend this company 100%. They provided the service exactly as booked and were thoroughly professional and friendly. Our airport transfer was with Uncle Leroy both ways, what a character and lovely man and our private tour our driver was Giovani who was also a top bloke and super friendly and very knowledgeable. Our drivers were bang on time ( to the minute ) and totally reliable. If looking to book private tours/ transfers then look no further than these guys. They look after you and deliver what they say they will and we felt we got value for money. Thank you

We did many excursions and had our airport transfers with Best Jamaica. Highly recommend then. Honest. Flexible. Reasonable. They are interested in making sure we are always taken care of. Easy to schedule and book everything through WhatsApp. Vernon was our main driver, who was excellent. He also worked with Leroy and Alex who were also great.

Dunns River falls was beautiful and an amazing experience. We also bought the video but we were very disappointed, we were only in the video twice briefly. It mainly showed visitors at the front of the climb and us at the back were not featured. We did inform the company responsible but they never answered out email.
The best part was our driver who became family now!!! His name is (Cupcake) 😂😂😂 too funny. But he made our experience very comfortable and damn funny… the excursion was also fun as well. My first time climbing the Dunns River Falls, I would def recommend this excursion.
Hubby and I loved everything from the boat ride, to climbing to falls. Can't wait to come back. The guides were friendly and patient with us climbers.
My first time traveling to Jamaica and I was pretty much traveling alone and Neville was my transportation for a few excursions and to the airport as well he made me feel so safe he was so patient so kind and he was a great travel Guide took me to an authentic non touristy Jamaican town and it was just everything he was awesome he was definitely a vibe, I’ll be back sooner than I expected and he’s definitely part of the reason!
Traveled with a group of six and used Best Jamaica for my airport transfer and Dunn River Falls excursion. The drivers and staff were timely, pleasant, and went over and above what was expected. Shoutout to Newton! We appreciated the knowledge he shared on our way to the Falls. He made sure we got everything we needed. Shoutout to Shamelia!! Best customer service. Her emails were always on time and super personable. When I go back to Jamaica I will post definitely be using best Jamaica
Having seen Bob Marley at the Lyceum in 1975 it has been my dream to come to Jamaica and visit Nine Mile. This combo tour was brilliant because it combined two amazing attractions on a full day tour. As I was staying in Montego Bay it was a bit of a journey so it was good to do both tours. We had a great driver called O'Neil (most important on the little roads in the mountains!) and lovely tour guide, Natoya. They made the journey fun and interesting. The journey was lovely and we got to see a bit more of Jamaica and the mountains. I went on my own on this tour as my daughter felt the journey was a bit long for her but at no time did I feel anxious on my own. The falls were beautiful and great fun and you do indeed climb the falls holding hands! I made it up with not too much difficulty (I am 62 now!). We had lunch at Scotchies in Ocho Rios (lovely restaurant) and then headed to Nine Mile. The Bob Marley Sightseeing Tour was not disappointing!! Our tour guide was Captain Crazy... an unforgettable, larger than life character! I told him I had seen Bob Marley many years ago...he seemed pleased! There is much to see at his childhood home and the site were some of his family members are buried and of course his mausoleum and that of his mother. I will never forget this tour. It more than exceeded my expectations!! However, you do need to be open minded as there is all types of herb products on sale outside...I very much enjoyed my herb tea!
