Melvin was awesome and did his best considering the hiccups along the way. Very personable and helpful as we climbed up the fall. We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel. We then completed the trip with an awesome lunch as Sharkies. Great experience. Highly recommend water shoes with great traction as several areas are extremely slippery and it is very easy to fall.

Mr. Reid and Melvin were so nice and welcoming. They made me and my family feel safe and like family. They were able to give us a tour on the way to Dunn’s River, stayed with us through the climb of the waterfall to ensure we are safe and mingled with us with so much hospitality.
