Vores første stop er et af de største og smukkeste vandfald i landet, Wachirathan vandfaldet. Over 80 meter høj skaber strømmen af dette vandfald en forfriskende tåge, der føder den omkringliggende vegetation - hvilket giver dig det mest forfriskende ansigt i dit liv!
Så leder vi til det fantastiske Sirithan-vandfald. Denne fantastiske 50 meter lange kaskade, der fodres af Mae Klan-floden fra Doi Inthanon-toppen, er helt skjult dybt i fyrreskoven. Følg en af de mange stier omkring den imponerende og kraftfulde vandkrop; Nyd den kølige spray som du forfølger tættere synspunkter, måske endda en regnbue!
Næste stopper vi ved de berømte tvillingpagoder: Napamatanee Don og Napaphon Bhumisiri. Bygget til Kongen og Dronningen ligger de på det højeste punkt i Thailand, beriget med smukke blomsterhave og Alpen Roses. Efter at have besøgt de kongelige stupas stopper vi ved en restaurant for at genoplive til frokost.
Efter frokost brænder vi af alt det pad thai med en smule "mini-vandreture" ved Angka Nature Trail. Stien er en 360 m platform gangbro, der fører dig gennem de mos mosede klipper i skoven. Vi besøger derefter et Karen Stamme-område, hvor vi lærer lidt om stammernes folks kultur og livsstil, når vi udforsker deres landsby Sobhad. Vi vil afslutte dagen med at blande sig med befolkningen i Hmong-stammen på det indre marked, gennemse dets rigdom af fine tekstiler, eksotiske fødevarer og lokalt håndværk.

We enjoyed our day so much! Adii was a wonderful and patient guide. The stops were the perfect length and she catered the tour based on our interest. My 20 year old daughter said it's was her favorite day in Thailand so far. The only caveat I would give had nothing to do with the tour/ operators. We came in August which is the rainy season so the Pagodas were so cloudy/ foggy, you couldn't see anything, but everything else was wonderful.

Had an amazing day with our guide Nanna and our driver Bank. Nanna was informative and entertaining and showed us all the highlights of this area of Thailand. We really felt we saw a different side of Thailand on this trip and it was great to see a mix of rainforest, waterfalls, monuments and local tribes in one trip.

Save your money. You spend 90% of the time in a van that handles poorly. First stop: Good scenery, but not worth it. They didn’t provide water as promised, only soda. Second stop: the guide explained nothing. By far the worst experience in Thailand. We felt ripped off. A completed wasted of time Disappointed with Civitatis. Never again.
