Very cool experience. Fun to select the various botanical inclusions and taste and smell the product developing throughout the process. The drinks and charcuterie along the were also very nice. I would recommend doing this with a friend or group so you can share the tasting of your separate creations together in the future. I will recommend to friends. I have recommendations for improvement, but it was well worth the $130 for the 2.5 hr experience.

We had a really great time at the gin class! The class has a max of 6 spots each session so it feels cozy and fun. There were a ton of botanicals to choose from. I was worried I'd get stuck with all my choices, but Chris was awesome and helped me figure out what to add to get the flavor profile I wanted. Everyone in the class made really different choices, and it was fun to see how it came out for each combination. Since you get to customize, you don't even need to be a big fan of the taste of "traditional" gin to enjoy yourself and make something you will enjoy! As we were distilling, we got to drink gin and tonics (made with their in-house gin offerings-- super good) and have some snacks, too! We also learned some fun gin history and science. Overall it was an amazing time. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I'm already planning on bringing family when they next come in to town. Super highly recommend if you're looking for a fun activity.
