Sindy was a phenomenal tour guide! She was meant to give us a tour in English but on their end it had been booked as Spanish. However, she was able to accommodate us and give a tour in English! She also had amazing photography skills and would guide us to make specific poses!

We had a wonderful experience on first class on Inca Rail. The atmosphere was one of a kind with amazing staff that was so friendly and attentive. I wanted to take some time out of my day to write a review on the excellent service I received from an Inca Rails sales person. Her name is Hillary Valencia. She was the person I reached out through via their chat service when I had questions about the process for going to Machu Picchu. I am not an experienced traveler and booking this became very overwhelming. Hillary took the time to help guide me through the best fit for me and my family. She showed much patience as I asked about a million and one questions. I highly recommend her as a sales agent because she asked me multiple times if I was comfortable moving to the next step or if I had any other questions before we jumped to the next hurdle. We definitely need more agents like her for people like me... who have the care, patience and understanding of what exactly I was needing. My hats off to Hillary and Inca Rails for a truly once in a lifetime experience and for creating a service that is an all in one stop shop for your next amazing adventure.

I forgot a bag with all the travel money and Ms. Silvia, an employee of Incarail who was at Ollantaytambo station, did not measure efforts until tracing and ensuring the return of this item to our family.
