A 10 experience!! A great excursion to see dolphins and with a bit more luck, you might also see a whale. Both William and Juani are very professional and treated us like royalty. It is worth noting that among all the boats searching for dolphins, they were the first to find them. The excursion is very complete; after seeing the dolphins, you can go snorkeling and refresh yourself with a free drink.

I booked the experience for me and my partner. The only positive thing about the experience was the quick reach out by the provider which said they may need to cancel the booking because it is not booked enough. Then we got the surprise that there will be no pick up service because we are too far away (We were in corralejo). Then we wait until the morning and they say it will happen and we rushed to get there but could no make it on time. Unfortunately we did not get the experience as we missed it because of distance and the fact we needed to figure out how to get there. So I just list what took the points off for me: 1- I get a direct message saying that the event may or may not take place because the day was not fully booked. Then when I asked to cancel it (right after they mentioned the possibility of cancellation), I'm asked to wait until they get back to me. 2- They state that they offer pick up service and then once you book it they say you have to drive there yourself! 3-We asked for a full or partial refund and they say "they will consider" just to stall us and give us false hope. Not even the taxes on this were refunded which even airlines do at least. 4- When we said we would leave a bad review we were threatened to be sued. I would give their service a solid one out of five! I have had generally a lot better experiences on this island but this was not one of them!
The tour was very nice because we saw a lot of animals. We don't know if it was simply luck, skill of the leader or if it is regularly so. We did not like the fact that the Führer or his team gave virtually no information on the way. We also had no interest in snorkeling, but it was not offered at all. We also had trouble finding out the actual pick-up date at the hotel.

Perfect. Small Speed Boat with Max 10 places . All very familiar. Drinks are free on board. There is a small snorkel point at the end. So take your swimwear. Total about 3 hours with hotel pickup. You will be notified of the pick-up time via WhatsApp. All in all absolutely recommended. Yes, dolphins have been sighted :D.

Great communication with the team and very friendly. And whilst we didn't see any dolphins, it was a brilliant way to see the island from the ocean.

We were picked up at the hotel on time by our lovely host We got to the harbour and the boat was a 12 seater speed boat. We had an amazing boat ride an after searching for a while we found many dolphins swimming alongside who stayed with us for quite a while, before we headed back to the harbour. We were then taken back to the hotel The trip was an hour and a half and well worth the money.

Superb trip.,,, can’t rate this high enough ! Great communication - picked up on time outside hotel and dropped back after the trip - Boat was fun and we found, then followed a group of dolphins for about 30 mins.

Picked up from our hotel . Air-conditioned transport . Friendly polite driver . A wonderful dolphin experience. So many in the ocean . We would definitely recommend. We took the earliest boat to avoid the heat. The boat seated 8 people . Music on board the boat . We even saw flying fish , what a bonus . Our trip was on Thursday 18 September 2025.

This review is for the tour operator not Viator. Viator have been amazing. The tour operator asked me to cancel the booking as they didn't have enough people. As it was less than 24 hours, I would have lost the full amount of this so I asked them to cancel. They sent me confirmation of cancellation but it still showed as confirmed. I had to contact Viator to get refund processed. Eric was so good in resolving this for us. Do not book as it may ruin your special day.
I'm sorry that your money won't be refunded directly. You had to contact the manager to finish receiving your refund, something I'm not aware of because we weren't informed. We could also resolve that ourselves. A thousand apologies.
