Great hike with lots of accommodations along the way. Beautiful view and great food offered. Great friendly guide

When we finally got to rainbow mountain we’re told that you can’t even see it do to snow. An hour later the guide came back to us and said the snow is melting and we could ride the horses to get there quicker. We rode the horses mine got spooked and threw me. The actual guide was very nice tried to help clean me off and stuff and helped me back on the horses. I did not make it up there as the pain had started to kick in. When we got back to the bottom I still had to pay the full price for the horse. The guide did offer me ibuprofen because at this point I was having a hard time to even walk. He also suggested to go to a clinic. I am a little upset as when you were slipping and sliding to get to the top to see rainbow mountain there were hardly any colors (my husband made the climb up)
We sincerely regret your experience and the accident you suffered. Your safety and well-being are very important to us, and we are sorry that the weather conditions prevented you from enjoying Rainbow Mountain as expected. On this type of adventure, weather conditions can change suddenly and are beyond our control, which may affect visibility and trail conditions. We appreciate your kind words about our guide, who did his best to assist you on-site and recommend medical care. We sincerely hope you are recovering well.
Very good experience! the buffet was great, the hiking a bit struggling but Jonathan kept hyping us up!
