Vores aktivitet tilbyder en unik smag, der blander traditionens rigdom med spændingen ved praktisk læring. På samme måde som lagene i en croissant udfolder vores oplevelse sig med dybde og kompleksitet, hvilket inviterer deltagerne til at dykke ned i forviklingerne af fransk wienerbrød. Ligesom en croissant pirrer smagsløgene med sin smøragtige aroma og delikate tekstur, engagerer vores klasse alle sanser og fordyber deltagerne i en kulinarisk rejse, de sent vil glemme. Fra det øjeblik, du træder ind i vores studie, vil du blive indhyllet i den trøstende varme i et indbydende miljø, hvor passionen for wienerbrød og skaberglæden er til at tage og føle på. Ligesom de flagende lag af en croissant er vores aktivitet multidimensionel og tilbyder en balance mellem instruktion og praktisk erfaring. Du lærer de hævdvundne teknikker til bagværk fra vores ekspertkok, som vil guide dig gennem hvert trin med tålmodighed og ekspertise.

Really enjoyed the class with Vivian!! She was a great teacher! Learned a lot and had fun!! Croissants tasted so good out of the oven 😀
Vivi made this class so much fun and our treats were delicious. We all had a great time learning about the croissant making process. She made sure we all could easily follow along step by step and everything turned out perfectly. We had so much fun in this hands-on class!
Enjoyed it a lot. Chef knew exactly what she talking about out and helped us get Amazing results. I could repeat the results at home
The instructor was very nice and gave help with technique during the class. However it was pretty fast paced with many steps working backwards. I was hoping the instructions with the recipe provided after the class would be more detailed so that I would be able to make the croissants on my own. Unfortunately they are pretty vague so it will be very difficult to recreate on my own, which was really the whole point in taking the class.
The chef was great & knowledgeable. He gave us good explanations of why it’s better to use certain techniques.

Perfect ,small class size, one on one attention & instruction, hands on technique .Pur Chef was Cordon Bleu trained & kind & excellent communicator. He answered many questions & provided local stores to purchase products needed for baking !

It was a fun and small class, the chef was hilarious. The small group (7) gave us plenty of room to roll and prepare the croissant dough, and to ask plenty of questions. Initially, we prepared the croissants from dough that had already had been prepared. While the croissants were baking, we then prepared the dough for the next class. I felt this was a convenient way for the class to flow. Felt a little rushed at times. Overall, the class was enjoyable and learned a lot about croissant making, ingredients, and technique. I would definitely take another class by this chef!

Sorry you felt a bit rushed. In warm environments, butter melts very easily during the session, so we need to move through certain steps more quickly to protect the lamination and ensure the best results. The Chef and assistant were very knowledgeable and we had a great time making the croissants. They were both very helpful as well when anyone needed assistance. Highly recommend this activity.
