Det hele starter med en varm kop te eller kaffe, før du hopper direkte ind i fremstillingen af din egen smøragtige croissant, Pain au Chocolat (eller chokoladecroissant) og Pain au Raisin! Små grupper på 8 giver kokken mulighed for at følge nøje med i, hvordan du lærer nye færdigheder og viden. Opdag først udstyret, ingredienserne og teorien bag fremstillingen af croissanten. Du vil lave det fra bunden med kvalitetsingredienser, som vi har udvalgt fra vores lokale producenter. Så begynder det hele at ælte fordejen. Du vil give den sidste ingrediens med kagerullen, mens du ruller den færdige dej ud, hvorfra du vil forme dine egne kager! Tiden klarer resten, mens de hviler og bager. Det hele ender godt med smagningen af det du har bagt og den altid lærerige snak om din tur til Paris. Vi, som kokke, er meget glade for at give dig vores kulinariske råd, anbefalinger og meninger og også lære af dig. Glem ikke at tage resterne væk!

This was a fabulous experience that we would highly recommend. Mimi are teacher and chef was superb and very patient. All the things we baked look so professional and tasted amazing. We would recommend this experience for anyone that would like to try it.
My 22 year old daughter and I really enjoyed this class! Brie, our chef, was so fun & knowledgeable. The class was 8 people which felt like the perfect number. Everything was timed perfectly, so there was always something to do and learn, and of course, being able to eat what we made was fabulous!
Lauren was magnifique! Such detailed instructions; this was definitely a hands on class where you learn every step of the croissant process. I highly recommend!!
Rosalie was great! Very patient and kind, especially with the kids (12 year old girl and 11 year old boy) and a very hot day (not good for making butter croissants)! The pastries were delicious and you walk away with plenty to enjoy. One of the top 5 things we did while in France.

You will leave this croissant baking class with an insider’s understanding of what makes a great croissant! Do you know how many layers of butter your dough must have? You will when you leave and you’ll have rolled and folded those layers! The end products are straight from the oven for you to take home and enjoy. All recipes are provided so that you can reproduce at home and amaze your family! Or hold your own croissant making party and amaze your friends!
We had a great time in the class. Leslie was a great instructor and so fun! And the croissants and pain du chocolate were amazing!!!

We had an absolutely amazing experience! The baking class was so much fun for our whole family, our chef (Rosalie) was wonderful, she paced everything perfectly, shared her love for baking with us and really created such a fun envoirment. This is a MUST do in Paris and we would highly recommend requesting Rosalie when booking!
