If I could give this club a zero I most definitely would. I purchased New Years Eve tickets for my fiancée and I. When we arrived, which was an 1-hour before midnight and tried to enter, we were told the tickets were.not valid. We spent almost 30 minutes trying to resolve the issue and even called the trip advisor where we purchased the tickets and they asked to speak with them regarding our tickets. Needless to say they were running a scam upfront. I was refunded my money and I made it back to our resort 5 min. Before midnight. Be very careful when choosing to go here on a major holiday. They are asking to hefty price and it's not worth the trouble. If you need more evidence I can show a screenshot of my refund.

Do not trust this place or book from here, I spent 490$ dollars for 2 vip tickets and wasn’t even able to stand in a place and get drinks, or get picked up at hotel. Those are the 3 things the vip tickets for $490 get you and we got neither one. We took an uber there since no one ever contacted us or answered the phone or email. When we got there it was super over crowded at 10pm and show starts at 10:30. My wife started crying because it looked like we were going to have a terrible experience on New Year’s Eve in a country we didn’t know. And that’s exactly what happened. I have video and pictures of how the place looked. Too crowded and getting pushed around. So coco bongo and trip advisor failed us big time and we lost lots of money and time.

Excellent show, it's 4 hs of pure adrenaline, you don't get bored for a second, a high voltage show, very professional, don't stop going

This was such an amazing night!! Didn’t really know what to expect and I was blown away. The shows were great and the music was amazing! I felt like I was in a Vegas show. The entire place had such a great vibe. We paid extra for the seats and it was so worth it. The music was great! I have been telling everyone I meet they need to go. We will definitely go again the next time we are in Punta Cana.

this was the biggest scam of the new year we purchase alledgely VIP tickets . upon arrival we were advised there was no VIP. if you wanted a table it was an additional 700 us dollars for two it was 4 of us. the show was exactly the same as it was in july 2021, accept for more confetti. We were charge 245.00 a person but the tickets were 160.00 for standing when question we were told there noting they could do. I tried to co ntact the rep who stated threw whats app we will talk tomorrow. still waiting. To travel from florida for this was not even halfway worth it . never again, people be aware you will be wasting your money find some were else to go in punta cana dominican republic
Dear Mr. Mills, we as a company did not cheat you based on your claim, we explained what happened and this was already a coco bongo situation because it was the end of the year party to which we were not aware since your access that I bought was VIP and it was bought in such a way as you could verify in your ballot, in addition to this you made coco bongo and to understand the situation we are looking for the solution to your case that would be the partial refund of what was paid since if it went to coco bongo
my wife and i went and really enjoyed it,we got the open bar and had no problem getting drink,to many at times..lol its a great show well worth the money.would like to have it start earlier i would go again
