Sadly it’s gone downhill. The shot girls are disgusting and only care about getting your money, blowing a whistle in your ear every 5 minutes to try and get you to buy shots. When we asked her to leave us alone and said we weren’t interested she tried to get security to throw us out. The show, however, is fantastic, but it’s really let down by the pushy sales tactics - the shot girls need to understand that no means no.
The bar guy Miguel is incredible, he makes the best drinks on site, the service is amazing. Definitely one of the best experiences in the place.
We love this club; it is not like any other. Plenty of security, clean restrooms, and very attentive waiters, thanks to our waiter Andrisk, excellent service all night!
Excellent event!!! Luxury show. The best part was the attention from the young man KELVIN inside CocoBongo, always 100% attentive to your drinks, making you feel like a friend or very close.

It was horrible, I would advise not to book with trip advisor, wasted a entire evening waiting for the scheduled pick to find out that they weren't coming.. Called and they told me to take a taxi, after paying 335.00 for a V.I.P. experience including transport. Horrible experience, and all trip advisor customer service said was..we will process a refund. 😪
The overall experience was amazing. Friendly staff. On time pickup. The food wasn’t great but the drinks were good and continuous. The show was amazing. 10/10 experience.
Fantastic experience at Coco Bongo Punta Cana! We bought the Gold Member package and it was well worth it. We had access to the cabin, entrance without queues and attended the show from a privileged place. The organization was excellent from beginning to end. The show is simply stunning, with amazing presentations, lots of music, effects and animation all the time. Regarding the drinks, everything was very well explained by the team. The shots offered separately are paid, and they orient it correctly before. It was a fun experience and very well used. I would return peacefully and recommend to those who are in Punta Cana!
It wasn’t that great of an experience , Super crowded, we cannot get in. You can barely get your free snack…if you pay for standard the drinks are on point !!! but there will only be standing room. Even a fight broke out while we were there because we couldn’t get food.
Sold as something crazy to do... and in reality... not great! The shows are nice, but the rest is terrible. To start as VIP gold members, we had to wait in line... not a great start. Then we were seated at the back on the second floor near the stage under the air conditioning, it was freezing, and after an hour we went down to the first floor and stood for the rest of the time. The food was simple snacks quickly made. The first alcoholic drink "rum and coke" made us feel bloated and nauseous... was the water good? Or ice? Or the food? Because there were four of us and all four of us got sick after an hour! On the first floor, the bartender who passed through the hallway wanted to ask us to go back upstairs and refused to serve us drinks (as VIP gold, alcohol is unlimited and we can move around freely). We stayed thanks to the bouncer who understood the issue. But honestly! For the price one pays, none!
