Driver was 30 minutes late so did not meet us …nearly took taxi This is becoming a habit with Viator bookings .. Please remedy with some credit. Or we book hotel driver from now on
Sorry for any inconvenience! As we investigate, driver was at gate number with 15 minutes from the parking lots! As driver cannot just stand by at the driver way, which is not allowed by Airport police at all! Need to provide 10 minutes at least to let driver come from parking! Sorry for any inconvenience!
Very friendly and smiley driver she was professional and very thoughtful. She even pulled over to let my daughter out of the car when she felt unwell.

Our flight was delayed, but they were still prepared for us. I received a text when we landed to let me know where our driver was waiting, and a photo of the sign with my name they would be holding. The driver was friendly and got us to our hotel safely.

This was fine but in retrospect was over priced at $50 for family of 5. The driver was punctual but did not help with bags. I think we would have paid less if we had just gotten transport arranged by the hotel.
Thank you for feedback. The market price of this transport is same on Viator and TripAdvisor. We intend to keep the higher quality and performance but we will definitely look into it.
