Excellent massage, twice, from Am. He helped me with a chronic back problem, alleviating the pain and strain of too much flying almost entirely. It is a calm and tranquil refuge.
Excellent experience at this beautiful spa in the old city of Chiang Mai. Wonderful atmosphere, great attention to detail. Characteristic spaces and attentive Service. Personal Data Sheet for Processing. Drink and scented towel both before and after the massage. Extremely courteous and capable therapists. Fragrant essences, music in the background and running water. Do not miss it!! High prices (for Thailand) but great location and Service. Deposit required at time of booking.
Very relaxing, would recommend. Prompt appointment, cafe was enjoyable. There’s a nice restaurant across the street for lunch.

Best spa experience ever! We didn’t just book the aroma therapy oil massage but added foot massage and facial treatment. It was 3 hours heaven! We felt re-energized and reborn! The therapists were excellent, the service staff was amazing, the Fahtara Coffee right after the spa is the place to be! Fah Lanna Spa Old City and the Fahtara Coffee…the places to be while in Chiang Mai.
Seriously disappointed. I purchased a discount package because I go every week due to 8njury. First experience with family Lanna. Considering I was an acct pretty sure I can figure out discount. They tried to charge me same with coupon twice. I went to the Neiman location following my message therapist who was no longer effective like before leaving old spa. Never again try a different spa they are also higher than the extremely high end spa I returned to and found them even better than before covid and less expensive with better therapists
Dear Sue, we are very sad you feel this way after going out of our way to cater to your wishes and whims. You purchased a book of 10 coupons for 10x 1 hour Traditional Thai Massage. We gave you an extra special deal even and a greater discount than posted on our website. However, every time you came for the massage, you insisted you want to have a Hot Oil Massage and not a Traditional Thai Massage. As the price is considerably different, which we explained to your repeatedly at each and every visit, we did allow you to use the coupon for the Traditional Thai Massage and allowed you to just pay the difference in price. We are really not sure what is so difficult to understand about this. But it did not seem to sink in that you can not just use a coupon for Thai Massage and then demand a massage that is twice the price, and, may I add, demand it not in the most politest ways. You requested a particular therapist and our staff called you to inform you when the therapist moved from the Old City branch to our Nimman branch, yet you arrived at the Nimman branch and complained that nobody informed you. We also take issue with the fact that you spat at our receptionist who was nothing but accommodating and did her best to explain to you how to use the coupon for a hot oil massage although you purchased Thai Massage coupons. And we also take offence at the latest behaviour at harrassing our other customers and shouting in the reception. We believe we have done everything in our power to cater to your wishes. We wish to be professional and polite to all of our customers and would also like to request the same in return. Absolutely fantastic site, to repeat. We booked online just over 24h in advance, in the end we wanted to change the appointment and with only 2h of time we changed it without problem by email. Ease of payment by card. The place super welcoming and transmits peace from the moment you step on the threshold. Lovely and very solicitous staff. After 1h massage, we leave as new!! To repeat without a doubt!!

A fantastic experience! Beautiful, down to every detail! Mindful of safety and cleanliness, allowing for complete relaxation. Therapists are highly skilled, and add a lovely energy to this place. The gentle music, the scents, the cafe, the entire staff...every aspect of our couples experience exceeded our expectations. This is a Chang Mai experience not to miss!

Fah Lanna Spa was wonderful! From the ambience to the quality of service - everything was exceptional! My therapist was clearly well trained and understood the body. I ended my treatment relaxed and elevated. This experience is definitely recommended. There are many spas and massage options in Chiang Mai, but I recommend this one.
