Excellent experience!! Pie was so nice with her team Kevin and the bamboo raft worked very hard to keep us safe… the driver Lang was very professional and great driver. The views are extraordinary!! 10 out of 5!! :)
Amazing experience from start to finish! We did the ATV ride through the countryside and the bamboo rafting, and both activities were fantastic. Our guide, Pai, was absolutely amazing—so funny, friendly, and full of energy. She made the whole day even more enjoyable and took great care of us. All the staff were professional and welcoming. We had the best time and would definitely book with this company again. 100% recommended!

Best experience we had absolutely loved it, ATV was so much fun and drove past elephants and see wonderful jungle views. Then to finish off we went bamboo rafting and felt safe the whole time, highly recommend 👍👍👍

The excellent lunch provided right away on arrival. However, had to wait an hr after done with lunch for another group of people to arrive to begin the tour. There was a guide at the beginning and behind the group, so when our ATV had problems, someone was there to supervise. Multiple group members’ ATVs kept stalling, and one needed jump starting several times because of a bad battery. Our ATV stalled so much that we could not complete the ATV portion of the day. We were left with a guide who spoke no English, trying to figure out how we would rejoin the rest of the group who had gone ahead, not seeing that we were left behind. We eventually had to turn around and roll down the mountain on the ATV which wouldn’t stay on, but at least had brakes. Scary for people who had not had prior ATV experience. going downhill, we were lead to the “waterfall” which is actually quite small. We had a nice time alone waiting for the rest of the group to join us where the guide who didn’t speak English served us tea. We swam for a bit and enjoyed scenery. Then realized the guide had disappeared. Sun was starting to set, mosquitos coming out. No group or guide and in the remote mountains alone. Luckily had cell service and called trip advisor operator for help. The rest of the tour group eventually joined us. They were late too cuz of other ATVs having problems. We assumed the rafting portion would be cancelled cuz we were so behind schedule. We were given a different ATV to finish going down the mountain, but someone backed into us, which cut the battery. So then we realized we were given the one which needed the jump start. Got it jumped, got down the mountain, and then learned they were still taking us rafting. In the dark. Which was kinda fun, but hard to take pictures and a bit colder than expected. Finished rafting, got back to the transport vehicles. They gave us towels and time to change. By this time it was 1930 and we had a 1.5hr drive back to Chiang Mai. We were supposed to return around 1800 and we didn’t return until 2100. Everyone was starving hungry. At the time we were alone, we were nervous they forgot about us. All our belongings were in their transport vehicle as they had instructed. We were scared they would return the other group members home without us in the van and take our stuff by accident. They did conclude the tour. The trip advisor operative was very helpful. Lunch was great. Transport to/from hotel was good. The tour operator offered us a partial refund without us having to ask, and they refunded 70% to us. However, after the long day, we missed their communication via WhatsApp about meeting us at the hotel to give us cash refund. They couldn’t do it by credit to our original payment. Then we had to be at the airport early the next day. They offered to bring cash to the airport but we were already past security. They then arranged for someone to meet us in Phuket to give us cash in person, which was successful.
We understand this day was not handled to the standard we expect, and we sincerely apologize for the stress, delays, ATV issues, and poor communication you experienced. We did try to resolve the situation during and after the tour, and in the end a 70% refund was provided. Just to clarify, the support you received was from our Joy Your Trip support team, not TripAdvisor, and we’re glad the refund was finally delivered successfully in Phuket. That said, we fully accept that the operation on the day was our responsibility. We have since carried out a full review of all ATV units, equipment, and safety procedures. Enhanced checks and stricter operational measures have now been implemented to prevent a recurrence. Unfortunately we can't remember the name of our guide but she was very professional and friendly. The driver was also lovely. We had a lovely day and the atv was so much fun once you got the hang of it. Would definitely recommend
Am was our tour guide and she was lovely. She made sure we knew what was going on and had perfect timekeeping , very friendly and happy. I’d recommend the tour to anyone as it’s a once in a lifetime experience.
