For ankomster: - Ved ankomsten, skal du se efter vores chauffør holder et skilt med dit navn ved den indenlandske udgang. Hvis du har problemer med at finde chaufføren, så kontakt vores supportteam. - Vi overvåger flyforsinkelser for at sikre, at chaufføren er til stede ved din ankomst. - Du har en 60 minutters tid til at forbinde med chaufføren efter dit fly lander. Yderligere ventetid kan medføre ekstra gebyrer. For afrejser: - Vi vil give dig besked om afhentning tid fra hotellet før din afrejse via besked eller WhatsApp. Vær venligst i hotellets lobby 5 minutter før din planlagte afhentning. - Vores køretøj vil vente i op til 10-15 minutter ud over den planlagte afhentning tid. Ankomster efter denne periode kan medføre en oversættelse uden refusion. Generelle oplysninger: - Dette er en one-way transfer service. We used the airport transfer from Nevşehir Airport to the hotel and again for our return—both journeys were punctual, comfortable, and stress‑free. Good value for money. Hereke was very professional in handling our situation, messaging us afterward to come to a solution Originally booked a shared transfer through whatsapp and had some issues with cash payment to the driver due to some miscommunication. Hereke messaged us afterwards to resolve the issue themselves, even though the driver was at fault
