He is changing prices when ask him about the event. For me changes from usually 100€ to 170€ when we try to pay the event.
Deception. It's not in Nevsehir but almost 2 hours away. Driver was 45 minutes late. There was no soda, breakfast.

We had an absolutely awful experience with this operator. We were picked up at 3:45 AM and spent 4 hours being driven around in total silence. The flight was ultimately canceled due to the wind, which we understand is out of the company's control, but the way the driver treated the passengers was completely unacceptable. It was freezing cold outside, and the driver repeatedly left the van doors wide open, leaving everyone shivering. There were children and a disabled passenger on board, yet he showed zero care or acknowledgement toward the English-speaking passengers. Whenever we tried to ask what was going on, he rudely snapped at us and insisted he didn't speak English. However, the moment passenger used Google translate to speak Turkish, the driver suddenly managed to say "no balloon" and"cancellation because of wind" perfectly fine in English.It is not hard to just communicate that basic update to everyone from the start. Instead, we were left waiting at a gas station for 45 minutes, stood in a freezing, deserted field for another 45 minutes, and were shuffled between different cars without a single word of explanation. We actually had to figure out ourselves that the tour was canceled because we looked out the window, recognized the city, and realized we were basically back. Two minutes later, he dropped us off at our hotel.The weather isn't their fault, but the terrible customerblatant rudeness, complete lack of basic empathy for cold passengers, and reckless driving definitely are. Save your time and money and book with a professional company that treats !!
The hot air balloon ride was truly one of the most special moments of our lives. Rising into the sky at sunrise and watching that unique view together was an incredible experience. The weather was just right; we weren't cold or stuffy. The organization was very professional; everything went smoothly and according to plan. Our friend Hakan, in particular, took great care of us, helped us with everything, and made us feel very safe. It's definitely one of the most romantic activities to do as a couple. You can choose it with peace of mind, I definitely recommend it.
Experience to forget. We booked this tour 2 days in advance: despite the confirmation emails and the appointment given to us, the latter was not respected. We stayed at 5 am there in front of the hotel waiting for more than an hour, who never arrived. The service was paid by lucky lions Travel agency. At 7 am we received the refund directly without having the slightest explanation or even being notified of the cancellation. For our trip it was already the second and last chance to have this experience. It means the next balloon flight will be elsewhere. Not recommended.
