My driver was there on my arrival so no waiting which was brilliant after a long flight. My driver was so friendly and she was also very helpful. Highly recommend.

We used Springbok Atlas Tours for our transfer to our hotel, Portswood V & A Waterfront Hotel. We were met by their representative as we walked into the exit area after retreving our luggage and he escorted us to the parking garage where our car and driver were waiting. Their representatives were friendly and spoke good English. the car was a full size black sedan in perfect condition. Short 20 minuted drive to our hotel. Top notch service and could not have been better!!
<p>My flight was very late getting in but they were right there when you come out of customs with a sign with my name on it. The car ride was very comfortable and the driver was very professional.</p>

<p>Very professional on time and informative driver. Only downside was that all seat belts didn't work but complementary water a bonus. The hop on hop off bus was a great way to get a feel for Cape Town and environs. We also did a tour of the winelands which our daughters had organised, great fun visited 4 vineyards and lunch. Again informative and willing driver who couldn't do enough to make our day special. The trip to Robben island was really good, the guide gave us loads of information and we saw whales and dolphins on our way back on the ferry making it a special day too. Four days wasn't enough to do everything we will be back.</p>
<p>I was fortunate to receive a lovely ride to my hotel from Ikey - He is a wonderful<br/> person and made me feel so welcome to Cape Town!</p>
<p>The plane was late, the bags were late, but Marcel was there for us when we exited the terminal . We were starving when we arrived, and staying in an in-town condo, there was nothing to eat. He generously stopped at a convenience store just out of the airport to let us grab a bunch of quick foods to take along. AS we were just reuniting our family from 4 different directions, the stop was appreciated. He was very nice and of course he was great with the bags</p>
