Very well organized. We changed pick up locations the night before, but they still went and pick us up in our hotel. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable and we really enjoyed his facilitation of the tour. I would say it was great value for money.
All you need to know is that the price for a normal ticket at viator is as high as a fast track ticket elsewhere. So you wait 2h more for the same amount! Priceless 🤬
I never received a WhatsApp message with ticket QR code and so had issues getting on the cable car . Thankfully the staff at Table Mountain were more than helpful and sorted it for us ! But not ideal So be aware you need to have received a WhatsApp message to get on the cable car

We were disappointed with the amount Viator charged once we got there we were told we were overcharged and we needed to upgrade to the fast track ticket Wouldn’t use Viator again
We are really sorry for inconvenience caused regarding your tickets ,in future rather call your supplier on the ground he will help you
Table Mountain is fantastic but becoming a very over visited and spoilt attraction. The Viator trip consisted of at least twice the normal ticket priced opportunity to stand in a queue for the cable car (an impressive piece of engineering) but no additional information or support. I wouldn’t have missed the visit but don’t pay Viator for your ticket - they’re simply a very expensive middle man.

Plan for 30 - 60 mins wait to get on cable car, even if you have tickets. Wait area is shaded and well organised. Take a jacket, its much cooler at the top. Great experience
There’s was a long queue, you need to add more cable cars to and from mountain And the the online prices are very expensive and I don’t see what’s special it being too expensive than the normal prices at the gate
Coins needed to use binoculars. Good weather is not promised, we had lots of clouds today. But the experience was wonderful
The tickets were not recognised by Table Mountain and Viator failed in its contract. We had to pay twice!

I was conned because this was the first site that came up. It was much more expensive than if I had managed to go through the actual cable car site. My own fault. As a Senior citizen I would have paid R150 but this site did not have a senior discount. It cost R 1000 per person. There was no tour just a ticket to get up and down the mountain. Complete rip off
