Du vil være i stand til at opleve den lokale måde at spise og drikke på i Bologna takket være denne oplevelse. Vi tager dig gennem en gastronomisk rejse, som vil få dig til at opdage, hvad der er de skjulte steder, som kun de lokale kender, og som du skal prøve! Målet er at dele med dig, hvad præcis vores typiske dag ville være, den klassiske udflugt, vi laver med vores venner og familie, og overraske din appetit og smagsløg med + 10 mad- og vinsmagninger! Vi starter med en ordentlig typisk krydret og lækker tigella! Så går vi videre med direkte indkøb og smagning af pålæg, oste og brød. Oplev Bologna-området med lokal vin på en historisk beliggenhed åben siden 1465. Så går vi gennem den gamle bymidte, og prøver to ikoniske hjemmelavede pasta i en klassisk Osteria Bolognese, altid parret med en anden lokal vin. Vi afslutter med den bedste gelato i byen!

Vi starter fra Neptun-fontænen, er vores mødested! Du får lejlighed til at se den ikoniske Neptun-fontæne og Piazza Maggiore
Vi krydser Piazza Maggiore, ser på San Petronio, Bolognas hovedkirke, for derefter at gå ind til (quadrialtero) og starter vores gastronomiske oplevelse
Vi bliver i centrum for at besøge skjulte lokale dagligvarebutikker, vi vil smage balsamicovinegard, vi køber pålæg og oste, forskellige slags brød, og vi tager til en ikonisk Osteria for at smage alt med lidt lokal vin
Vi vil gå accros via Oberdan for at besøge en anden lokal Osteria og smage 2 vigtigste hjemmelavede pastaer såsom tagliatelle con ragu e tortellini med lambrusco vin
vi besøger den ikoniske finestrella i Bologna, og vi tager fantastiske billeder af 1 af byens 7 hemmeligheder, underjordiske vandveje i Bologna
vi afslutter vores oplevelse med den bedste gelato i Bologna på den mest ikoniske plads i byen!

We did the gastronomic tour as a family and left delighted and well filled. We tasted typical products as we strolled through the center and the guide was telling stories and curiosities of the city. Perfect plan for a first time in Bologna: better to go hungry and want to walk for a while.

While my wife and I couldn’t wait for our tour with Tours and the City, we unfortunately had a medical issue arise that prevented us from attending. Sadly, Tours and the City was unwilling to offer any flexibility or refund any of the amount we had paid in full, adding further stress to the difficulty of dealing with medical issues abroad.

Great tour around the streets of Bologna but a local guide. The guide was raised in Bologna and gave us a very nice insight into the city. The tour included sights, secrets and delicious food.

We had a great time with Frederica. All locations aware great and the food and drink were amazing. We were visiting our daughter on Rome and decided to go up to Bologna for the day.

Roberta was super nice and very friendly. We had a lot of fun with our group and she was very informative on the foods that we ate at. Got to try the local bolognian food and the tour also had time for us to relax and get to know the people who were on the tour with us. Would recommend our guide and the tour itself to our friends.
