It was great. Bologna ist beautiful and I loved the combination of history information with visiting cute little places hidden in the streets, that you might not visit on your own as a tourist, since you wouldn't know where to go. We tried coffee, pasta, wine from the region, rice cake and other snacks. The pasta shop with tortellini shaping demonstration and other pasta was amazing. The lady is a true artist and makes it look so easy. Although it's much harder then it looks 😅 Despite the heat, it was a great experience and our guide, Ella, was very sympathetic, funny, explained everything we did and tried and answered all our questions Definitely recommended experience. ☺️

That was a very informative tour about food culture in Bologna and Emilia-Romagna. Mario did an excellent job of introducing us to vast variety local cuisine and history of it. We enjoyed multiple tastings, including freshly made in front of us pasta. Highly recommend.
