A great afternoon, the caves were beautiful, the host was charming and the sea was refreshing!
Best boat tour I‘ve ever been on. We almost missed the start, as our taxi didn’t arrive. Nico waited & arranged a last-minute pickup for us. Greatest guy ever. It is clear that the tour is offered by people who love their job & actually want to offer a unique experience, which they did.
Captain Nico, and his boat Carmy, are a fantastic duo! There are lots of tour operators but this is the one you are looking for! Lots of fun, very informative, Nico is passionate about Puglia and its coastline. A visit to all the local hotspots, aperitivo, and a swim - with a fantastic soundtrack.

It was an amazing experience! The boat was clean and luxurious, Nico is lovely, he was so nice, we felt very welcomed and he took care of everything we needed and even more! The trip was fun and we enjoyed every moment of it! Don’t hesitate to book your boat tour with Carmy boat, you will be pleased!!!
Nico was a great guide and gave us a lot of information. The swimming was great and his Tiramisu went down a treat!!
Great Time aboard Carmy! We had a blast with Captain Nico exploring the cave formations around Polignano. We learned a lot about the history of the area and the different uses of the caves for commerce, recreation, and even the environmental changes visible in the geology. We also learned that Carmy was named in honor of Nico’s grandmother who taught him many things growing up in the area. Among them her recipe for tiramisú, which he served us at the end of the aperitivo. Delicious! All around an incredible fun and hospitable excursion. Highly highly recommended!

Nico was an incredible skipper, safe in the sea, entertaining with his commentary, fun music & an incredible chef, providing tiramisu for all the guests as a surprise 🙏 Highly recommend& the tour was everything & more than we expected. Thanks Nico!
A wonderful experience to see and explore the coast with various anecdotes about the local history. It was also very nice to swim offshore, accompanied by many little fish. The skipper Nico was fantastic. In addition to the delightful music, he was very kind and attentive to all the guests! He also offered us an excellent tiramisu!! I highly recommend this experience!
