En tur til Blue Eye og Gjirokaster ville være en fascinerende rejse gennem nogle af Albaniens smukkeste og mest historiske regioner. Blue Eye, der ligger nær byen Saranda, er en fantastisk naturlig kilde med krystalklart blåt vand, der får det til at ligne et kæmpe øje. Det omkringliggende område er også smukt med frodige grønne områder og en fantastisk udsigt. Gjirokaster er på den anden side et UNESCOs verdensarvssted og en af Albaniens mest historiske byer. Med sine smalle brostensbelagte gader, osmannisk arkitektur og et fantastisk slot med udsigt over byen er Gjirokaster et must-see for alle, der er interesseret i historie og kultur. Sammen ville en tur til Blue Eye og Gjirokaster tilbyde en perfekt blanding af naturlig skønhed og kulturel rigdom, hvilket giver en uforglemmelig oplevelse i Albanien.

Efter afhentning vil vores første stop være Blue Eye. vi afleverer bilen til naturparkens parkeringsplads og begynder at gå i 17 minutter til hovedstedet. Når vi ankommer til foråret, vil vi have tid til at lave nogle fantastiske billeder, købe nogle lokale souvenirs eller endda svømme til forårets kolde ferskvand (ikke til hovedstedet). Jeg vil være med dig hele tiden og klar til at give enhver information, du har brug for.
Gjirokaster er en historisk by med fantastiske ting at se og smage. Det er et UNESCOs verdensarvssted og er kendt for sin velbevarede osmanniske arkitektur, med mange af dens bygninger med karakteristiske stentage og smalle brostensbelagte gader. vi starter med at besøge slottet om cirka 30 minutter. vi vil have en fantastisk udsigt over byen fra oven og en stor chance for nogle uforglemmelige billeder. Efter slottet går vi sammen til den gamle basar, hvor vi får chancen for at prøve at købe nogle lokale souvenirs. Frokost med albanske traditionelle retter vil være den bedste del af turen. Vi spiser frokost i en lokal familierestaurant, hvor alt er hjemmelavet af denne dejlige familie. I slutningen af dagen har du chancen for en gratis gåtur rundt i stenbyen i cirka 30 minutter.

We had an amazing tour to the Blue Eye and Gjirokaster, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. The natural beauty of the Blue Eye was breathtaking, and Gjirokaster’s rich history and architecture were fascinating to explore. A special thank you to our guide Fatjon (Tony), who was outstanding throughout the day. His deep knowledge, friendly approach, and excellent organisation made everything smooth and enjoyable. The local food we had was absolutely delicious—authentic, fresh, and full of flavour. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of southern Albania with a top-notch guide!
Our fantastic guide Fatjon picked us up at the port and took us for a wonderful trip around. Very knowledgeable guy who told us a lot of interesting facts and stories as we drove around, and when we walked true the sights. Absolutely worth taking a trip with these guys 😊☀️
The view is very beautiful, the water crystal clear and with a colourful landscape. The castle offers a great view. We also ate delicious and typical food in the old town. Fatjon, our guide, has a lot of knowledge and the stories and anecdotes are very interesting. He is really nice ! Everything was great thank you so much ! We can only recommend if you want to experience and learn more about albanian culture
Denis our guide as well as the tour was amazing!He was very knowledgeable kind and friendly we had an amazing time with him! I booked the trip for me and my friends and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Denis took us to many places such and the blue eye which was magical offering to take pictures of us girls which was nice as he was very patient with us. For any trips I would highly recommend we had an amazing time thank you so much!!! :)
Denis was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and we had a great time! He catered the tour to our request kind, ensured we were given history as we traveled, and took us to the best places for pictures at each stop.

My sister and I had an amazing day with Denis, not only did we visit some of the most beautiful places in Albania, we also got to learn so much about the history and culture. Denis is extremely knowledgeable and passionate, he was able to answer all of our questions in great detail. The tour feels very private and Denis intends to keep it this way. The traditional lunch we had in Gjirokaster was also delicious- we got to try a huge variety to dishes. Overall, would highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting!

This tour is a great experience and definitely worth it. Our tour guide, Denis, was great and he could answer all our questions on Albanian nature, culture and history. The tour gives a mix of nature at the blue eye and history at Gjirokaster. An amazing traditional Albanian lunch is included in the tour and the food was delicious. I definitely recommend to book the tour since it makes the Blue eye and Gjirokaster experiences way more enjoyable and interesting.
