Hoteller i nærheden af Bioluminescence Clear Kayak & Paddleboard Tour

We were incredibly disappointed with this tour, especially considering it cost almost $200. The bioluminescence was barely visible, which I understand isn’t always within the company’s control, but the overall experience made it feel like a complete waste of money. Instead of focusing on the bioluminescence, it felt like a large portion of the tour was spent listening to Jeff talk about mangroves and manatees. He repeatedly corrected and argued with his coworkers, including Thalia, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. It also felt like he wanted all of the attention on himself and became visibly frustrated anytime someone was distracted or not fully paying attention, making the experience feel more tense than enjoyable. We weren’t the only ones who felt disappointed. The people kayaking next to us also expressed that they were unhappy with the tour. The entire experience felt disorganized and, in my opinion, like a tourist trap. On top of that, the mosquitoes were relentless, leaving us covered in bites and making it even harder to enjoy the evening. After driving two hours there and spending almost $200, we left incredibly disappointed and unhappy. We then had to make the two-hour drive back home feeling upset that we had wasted our money, our time, and an evening we had been looking forward to. I would not recommend this tour. Save your time and money and book a different bioluminescence tour.

Bring your sense of humor because this was a fun & knowledgeable crew. Bob and Jenny were great. Always available to help and made sure that plenty of pics were taken

Had a great time with our guides Joe and Jordan. Joe was very knowledgeable and seemed to love what he does. Jordan did a great job of wrangling the stragglers in our group. Was a great time would do it again.

Our tour guides were great and trying to make the best out of a situation they had no control over. There was a storm coming in and we were the only tour that kept going as scheduled. The guides called the office in orlando asking if we were good to keep going and they were told to launch us. We launched late and our group ended up leaving the water early because we were not comfortable going toward the storm. I understand that most of the lighting that was happening in the beginning was heat lighting but it was obvious that not all of it was because we could hear it and they were just waiting for it to get close enough to get us out. With people from all over doing the tour with different physical abilities, I thought it was it was irresponsible for the office to tell us to launch and allow us to go closer to the storm into the area that would be the hardest to get back to the launch point from. If there hadn’t been weather concerns the tour would have been great and our tour guides were trying their best to make it as enjoyable as possible, but I wish we would have been told not to launch because our tour experience was not worth the money we spent.
