Vi får selvfølgelig også lov til at træde af vores cykler for at tage de billedperfekte snapshots i Københavns grønne haver, skjulte stenede gader, store slotte og brændende farverige gader. Når vi har slået Latinerkvarteret, vil du virkelig føle hverdagen dansk liv. Denne del af København er mindre frekventeret af turister og har de mest hyggelige gader, hvor du virkelig oplever 'hygge'. Du vil passere mange interessante steder, der går tilbage århundreder på denne strækning og endda nogle skjulte perler med nogle meget gode historier.
Nu vil du have afsluttet din 2 timers cykeltur gennem København på samme sted, som du startede den, og har set 90 % af Københavns mest skattede steder. Efter at have afleveret din radiomodtager og det varme tøj, du måtte have lånt, er du mere end velkommen til at blive tilbage i vores lounge og nyde en gratis kop varm kaffe, te, varm chokolade eller koldt vand, øl eller juice og spørge din guide alt, hvad du kunne tænke dig. We generally love to take a bike tour when we arrive in a country to see the highlights and get the lay of the land. Unfortunately compared to many other tours we’ve done, this one was disappointing. Our guide did not share any stories about Denmark, living here, or the local culture. Instead he was silent during our ride until we reached each stop on our route and then pointed out the landmark with very little additional information. We didn’t learn anything beyond what you could read in any guidebook. Further, the pace of biking was so slow that it was hard to stay on the bike without putting your feet down. I would recommend finding another tour company with exceptional local guides and review.

This was a disappointing trip. Jasper met us and was extremely dismissive and unfriendly, he made us feel like we had inconvenienced him by booking the tour. He complained that Viator should not have allowed us to book a bike trip when it was supposed to be a Segway Tour. We got put in with a Segway Tour with us 3 on bikes, which did not work well at all, they were fast and buzzy and too many in the group. Our guide, Valdemar, was nice but he didn't keep the group together well and was imparting information before all of us arrived at each spot, so we missed much of what was being said. It started to rain and some of us asked to buy ponchos, but he didn't allow us time to get them, so we just got colder and colder. We then turned back early as it was so wet, and went back to the shop, so we're only on the tour for about 1 and 1/2 hours instead of the promised 2 and 1/2 to 3 hours. We weren't offered a hot drink or a plaster(I had fallen off) so it was a real disappointment and very bad value for money. Definitely would not recommend at all!!

Staff finds that you bend the truth since you wanted to cancel because of rain and couldent ( Viator terms & Conditons. As you were informed, all tours run rain or shine) This is a highly rated operator with trained and friendly staff. No one has ever been unfriendly and certainly not dismissve. We are - to be honest - a little shocked. I have been looking into your tour and case. No one here can recognize your experience. It is important to us to describe and react on comments that are not in context with reality. We are a service operator and are aiming for the best service for all dear guests. When you arrived, you were taken very good care of, evnthough you arrived late. You received special service since you were not comfortable riding a bike at all. Group and guide were waiting for you on all stops. When you fel off your bike while standing still, 2 staff members helped you and offered you plaster but was told you had one yourself. Valdemar and Jesper are both 5 star rated and valued guides with years of experience. Your guide was waiting for you on every single stop with the rest of the guests since you drove very slow and unsecure on your bike. Valdemar did not start telling facts untill you arrived but yes, your guide entertained the rest of the guests like a good guide should do. All guests are always offered ponchos in case of rain and no one will ever be left behind. Valdemar was asked by all guests including yourself to return after 1, 5 hours since rain was heavy. Again, we are sorry you had this experience. In the mean time, please be kind and take a few minutes to read +2.300 5 star reviews during the years. Enjoy your stay in Copenhagen. What a fantastic experience. Our guide Valdimir was a history student at the university and was therefore incredibly passionate about his subject. We had a great time a learnt a lot. I can’t recommend Segway bike tours more highly.

This was a great experience. There was only 4 in our group so it was easy to stick together in busy areas. We saw much more on bikes than we could have by foot with our limited time. Our tour guide was great and was able to bring us to off the beaten path areas.

Great way to experience the city, its history and current status. Got a taste of everything without wearing yourself out. Even though it was a tour guides first tour - he did marvelous.

The bike shop is in a good location in the center of town. The guide knew about the history of most of the locations we visited and did a good job waiting when the group got split up. Our guide was new to the three hour tour and the day we did the tour there was a large run going on so we had to reroute around it. A couple of suggestions: 1. Try to route the tour through as few light signals as possible because the signals are very short and it is hard to get an entire group through one. We had to wait two cycles at each signal. 2. Stop at a cafe that is not in such a busy area. We spent about 40 minutes of the tour waiting in line for a pastry at the cafe. 3. Make sure all of your bikes have chain guards on them. My kids pants got stuck between the gear and the bike chain which ripped the bottom of the pants off.
Dear Paul Romine This is so sad and frustrating to read. Your guide did everything he could to accomodate you. You were late for the tour,receiving special treatment and service for you and your family having extra special demands and needs before anyone else and you booked for a tour at The Copenhagen Marathon. Please be kind and try to understand that there ARE other guests than you on a tour. Copenhagen is very popular. You asked for a stop and then you complain about waiting time! Red/green lights and many peaole are totaly out of operators hands and control. When visiting a large busy city, you must expect traffic lights and other human beeings. Please take a minute to read the thousands of 5 star reviews from other guests. Perhaps you should not have booked a bike tour with other people. . All staff here are frustrated to read your unfair comments. No one can recognize your experience. Sorry to write this but you are beeing so very unfair to the staff.
