Hamlet og Sverige Tour - To lande på én dag!

Deltag i en hel dags tur til Hamlets Slot, hvor vi rejser op ad kystvejen Strandvejen og ankommer til den charmerende gamle by Helsingør, kendt som Elsinor på engelsk. Efter vores besøg i Elsinor sejler vi over Øresund til Sverige og rejser ad de svenske landeveje til den gamle by Lund, hvor du kan besøge Lund domkirke, der blev afsluttet i år 1145. Bag katedralen kan du udforske den lille gader med huse tilbage til 1700'erne. Det er som at gå tilbage i historien! Bagefter rejser vi til Malmø, Sveriges tredje største by, hvor du vil have en chance for at shoppe og drage fordel af Sveriges lavere købsskatter, hvilket betyder, at der er nogle meget gode priser! Endelig vender vi tilbage til København over den imponerende Øresundsbro. !!! Husk at huske dit pas !!! Lad os nyde ture!

I deres fritid i Helsingør kan kunderne vælge, om de vil besøge det indre af slottet eller kun gå rundt i det (gratis mulighed), eller igen besøge den gamle bydel.
På vej til slottet kan kunder gå gennem Kulturgården.
I deres fritid i Helsingør får kunderne tid til at besøge denne katedral, i kort gåafstand fra busstoppestedet.
Kunder kan vælge at besøge dette museum i stedet for at komme ind i Kronborg slot.
Vi stopper uden for katedralen, og kunderne kan vælge at gå ind.
I løbet af deres fritid i Lund har kunderne mulighed for at besøge haven.
Bussen stopper her i en time.
Kunder kan vælge at gå rundt på pladsen eller tage en kop kaffe på en af caféerne.
Vi har et fem minutters foto-stop her.
Vi vil krydse broen, og vi stopper stadig i ti minutter, så kunderne kan tage et billede

The only comment I have is to allow more time at each of the stops. The time was a little short and have to run to be able to see what I need before the return time to the bus. Other than this everything with fine and the driver/guide was good. I liked that there was explanation all the way not like other tours where they leave big portions of the tour silent without any details.
Super friendly and professional chauffeur throughout the entire experience. Smooth and punctual from pickup to drop off.

The tour is rushed in each stop. Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience Unfortunately, our experience with this excursion was very disappointing. Our group arrived only about five minutes late, and the tour guide repeatedly called us out and embarrassed us in front of the other guests. Throughout the excursion, the guide continued to blame our group for missing the ferry. We understood that being late may have caused an inconvenience, but the issue could have been handled professionally and respectfully rather than repeatedly humiliating us. The situation became even more uncomfortable on our way back to the bus. The driver handed us the brochures in a very rude and aggressive manner, forcefully pushing them into our hands and hitting our hands in the process. We paid for this excursion expecting a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Instead, we were made to feel unwelcome and singled out. A professional tour company should know how to address delays or misunderstandings without embarrassing guests or treating them disrespectfully. Based on the way we were treated, I would not recommend this excursion.

All guests are clearly informed by both our host and driver of the exact time they need to be back at the bus, and the meeting time is also displayed on the bus. In Helsingør, all guests returned to the bus on time except for your group. Our driver and host contacted you by phone, and we were told that you would be back within approximately two minutes. You arrived about 12–15 minutes after the scheduled departure time, which was a long wait for the other guests on the tour. We understand that being addressed about the delay in front of the other passengers may have felt uncomfortable. We accept that this could have been handled more discreetly, and for that we sincerely apologize. Our driver's intention was not to embarrass anyone, but to explain the situation to the other passengers who had been waiting. Unfortunately, the delay meant that we missed the scheduled ferry, resulting in everyone having to wait approximately 20–25 minutes for the next one. We understand that this can be frustrating for everyone, and we are sorry that the situation affected your experience. At the same time, we hope you understand that our driver also has a responsibility towards the other guests who returned at the agreed time. We believe the situation could have been handled better in terms of communication, and we are happy to acknowledge that. However, we also believe it is important to clarify that the missed ferry was a result of the late return to the bus, rather than the tour being planned too tightly. We are sorry that you left the tour feeling unwelcome. That is certainly not the experience we want our guests to have, and we appreciate your feedback as an opportunity for us to remind our team that how we communicate in a difficult situation is just as important as the message itself. Excellent guide and driver Mario. Dry comfortable and easy ride. The best kart is the Elsinore castle. Once in Sweden, both Lund and Malmo were not as appealing. However, the logistics and service were top class.

We had a wonderful experience, seeing a great deal of nice scenery along the way, as well as the castle and the city of Elsinore. Steen and Crispin were wonderful guides, especially helping us navigate the ferry across to Sweden. We would definitely recommend this trip.

Great want to see Sweden if you only have a day. The cities were beautiful, bus comfortable and the driver and guide were great too

This was an excellent tour. The only negative was that it was a little warm at the back of the bus and we couldn’t hear the guide from back there. Other than that, it was great exploring three different cities.

This is a wonderful, experience-packed day of many sights, filled with lots of history and encounters with great architecture. It covers a lot of ground in both Denmark and Sweden. Plus a ferry ride! Mustafa was an excellent and most congenial chauffer and guide. Highly recommended!

Mufassa was our tour guide and driver. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during our tour. The van picked us up at 8:50 am and we returned to our hotel at 18:30 pm. The time went by so quickly because our driver kept us engaged the entire time and we had such a variety of scenery. The tour is extensive and gives you a very good insight into Sweden and Denmark. You can do as little or as much walking as you would like at each stop. Water was provided. Communication was excellent before and during the tour. Admission fees to Hamlets castle are not included however you do get a 20% discount off admission if you show that you are on the tour. Overall it was a great experience.
