I had to switch tours because the one I originally booked did not have a Spanish-speaking guide, and it turned out to be the best decision. Our guide was excellent: he explained everything very clearly, made the tour enjoyable, and was always attentive to the entire group. Additionally, since we had extra time, he kindly took us to visit Pau, which was a wonderful and unexpected bonus. Very professional, friendly, and highly recommended. Thank you very much for an unforgettable experience!
Javier was our guide. He was fluent in English and Spanish as are we. He was very knowledgeable and explained the stories behind Lourdes
Fantastic and memorable day trip from San Sebastian to Lourdes. Our guide, Javier was exceptional - friendly, informative, funny and fully bilingual. It’s a two hour drive but the trip feels shorter. The van was super comfy and had nice cool air conditioning which is always a plus. It was a cold and rainy day but there were little to no lines today. This place is special- I felt at peace and was able to light candles in honor of many loved ones. Lunch was a full three course meal- it was decadent and too heavy for me. I would have just preferred a salad, sans the duck. Coffee was amazing. Don’t think twice- make the journey to Lourdes !!
We had an amazing trip from start to finish. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help. He shared fascinating local insights and made sure everyone felt comfortable and included throughout the journey. The itinerary was well organized, the attractions were excellent, and everything ran smoothly. Thanks to our guide’s professionalism and enthusiasm, this was a memorable experience that exceeded our expectations. Visiting Lourdes is a wonderful and memorable trip that everyone should experience in their lifetime. It not only feeds your mind but touches your heart. We fortunately had a great tour guide, Alby Davis, who was very attentive and knowledgeable.
Is a life time trip! Came representing all our ancestors that could not make it. Javier our guide has a second to none knowledge about it. He made sure we enjoyed every second of it. I highly recommend it. Thanks Javier.
Great trip and Javier was excellent ! Clear stories & explanations on whole trip, and lunch was fabulous! He was very patient and always said, "take your time exploring, viewing or reflecting..." Would highly recommend!
This excursion is a one in a lifetime event. They take you in a very comfortable van down scenic highways and through small villages to Lourdes. There are many highlights to see here and our guide allowed time to move through them. Lunch was delicious before heading home. One of the most visited places in France and worth the time. I recommend going early since the afternoon is filled with people from all over the world.
It’s fantastic. We enjoyed the magic feeling of such an uplifting place. An integral part of such a great experience was the excellent guide that accompanied us on the trip. Victor was not only a great driver but his deep knowledge of history and geography was amazing. He was very nice and accommodated all ours requests.
