Du vil opdage lokale økologiske produktioner som organisk balsamicoeddik, ekstra jomfru olivenolie og organiske vine i det uspolerede landskab i Assisi. Du besøger vinmarker og olivenlunde, en balsamisk aldringsanlæg og en vinfremstillingsvirksomhed og forstår den reelle forskel mellem økologisk og konventionelt landbrug. Efter besøgene deltager du i en guidet smagning af balsamicoeddiken, ekstra jomfru olivenolie og af 5 forskellige økologiske vine parret med varm bruschette med organisk olivenolie, et udvalg af oste og salami og hjemmelavet biscotti, hvor du nyder en fantastisk udsigt over dalen af Assisi.

vi stopper før til bygningen af balsamicoeddike, hvor de vil se den berømte "caratelli", hvorefter vi fortsætter i vinmarkerne for at vise og forklare det økologiske landbrug mod convetional en. Efter at vi skal gå en lille gåtur i midten af århundrede gamle olivenlunde før at gå til vingården.
Derefter går vi til vingården, hvor de vil se hele produktionskæden fra pressemaskine til tappemaskine, og vi vil forklare den ægte økologiske vinfremstilling. Efterfølgende får de en guidet smagning af 5 organiske vine, ekstra jomfru olivenolie og vores balsamicoeddik parret med bruschette, et udvalg af lokale oste og salami og hjemmelavet biscotti

You get to see the whole operation! It is amazing. The barrels, the big containers of wine. All of it. Guilia was a wonderful host. And the wine was amazing.
We did this tour in May with a pickup option from Assisi. The tour was personalized, very detailed, and met all our expectations. All the processes, equipment, etc were explained well; we tasted around five wines and several cheeses and meats too. It was an insightful experience!

Excellent tour with a chance to see a small generational Organic winery in operation. The pick up/drop off in Assisi was excellent as we were able to see part of the countryside. It was a lovely afternoon capped with wine, olive oil and balsamic tasting. my husband and I would describe it as the perfect tour, knowledgeable host, not to long, with food at the end in a beautiful setting.

Fabulous tour! Lots of information about wine production, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Wine tasting was excellent as well as the food. I would highly recommend this tour.
Getting picked up by one of the tour guides who drives you to the vineyard and explains things along the way is an excellent experience. The exploration of the organic wine making process along with seeing of the process is a memorable way of learning. After seeing and learning about the processing of the grapes and olives it was delightful to sit down with some family members and have them pour wine, olive oil and taste them along with some charcuterie. The aged balsamic vinegar tasting and explanation tops off the whole experience in a comfortable setting.
Giulia picked us up, took us on a tour of the winery and then we had a fun tasting! Tasted several Tili wines and had light snacks! It was a perfect tour!
We had an AMAZING time and would highly recommend. The tour was so personal and we loved hearing all about the family and the work they do to keep producing organic products for the region! The food, wine, oils were all so good! Anna Laura is delightful!

Julia gave us a wonderful experience at the winery today, well informed, wines were great! I loved the balsamic vinegar and oil that come in "carry-on" amounts, as we are already overloaded to fly back to the states tomorrow! Laura was also lovely, I have a great respect for her and her husband, who carry on the tradition of many centuries at this winery! They are clearly dedicated to excellence and maintaining their organic history. Julia was just lovely, gave an excellent tour, spoke English very well which made us feel comfortable and contacted the taxi service to transport us back to old downtown Assisi. I would highly recommend this tour!

Absolutely wonderful! By far the best time my wife and I had in Italy. The tour was incredible, the food was delicious, and it was the best wine we have ever had! Everyone there is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend doing this if you are in the area!

We had a great time. We were picked up at the hotel as it was closer than the meeting spot. So extra points for that. It wasnt rushed. Highly recommend that 25 yr old Balsamic Vinegar.
