Just returned home from one of the greatest experiences of my life, and I owe so much of it to my new family at Exotic Paradise Bali. I’ve been on my solo travel journey for almost three years now, and I’ve always wanted to bring my mom along on one of my adventures. When I asked her where she wanted to go, she told me Bali had always been her dream destination—so I knew I had to make it happen. After searching high and low, I thankfully came across Exotic Paradise Bali. I had the pleasure of working with Joel for about three months leading up to our trip. Even though everything came together pretty last minute, he helped create an experience that felt like it had been planned for years. I told him I needed concierge transportation services for a group of 14 people, shared our dates, locations, and ideas for each day, and he completely understood the assignment down to every detail. Communication was clear, prompt, and professional from start to finish, which made planning such a large family trip smooth and stress-free. Once we arrived in Bali, our group was welcomed by Arno and Dita, who stayed with us throughout the entire trip. They were friendly, professional, always on time, and brought such great energy every day. They were incredibly informative, made us feel safe and cared for, and even checked in to make sure we got home safely after activities. The vans were clean, modern, and comfortable, and everything ran smoothly the entire trip. Arno and Dita knew the roads like the back of their hands and always found the best routes to get us everywhere safely and on time. We had water stocked daily, phone charging available, and could even play our own music during rides, which made the experience feel even more personalized. The activities they arranged exceeded our expectations. We visited beautiful water temples, waterfalls, explored central Ubud, did the famous Bali swings and ziplining, relaxed at Cretya, and learned about Bali’s coffee-making process. One thing I especially appreciated was that many of the locations felt less crowded and more organized than we expected, allowing us to truly enjoy each experience without spending hours in lines. Our boat day honestly sealed the entire trip for me—the girls had an absolute blast. We were welcomed with a beautiful custom sign celebrating the birthdays and mothers in our group, along with welcome drinks, appetizers, and shirts to take home as souvenirs. Arno and Dita even coordinated seamlessly with a caterer I hired for lunch so that everything was ready when we arrived, and the boat staff put together such a beautiful setup for us. We enjoyed a photoshoot, swimming, snorkeling, jet skis, banana boats, parasailing—you name it! I truly couldn’t have asked for a better team to help bring this experience to life. For several people in our group, this was their first time leaving the country and their first time experiencing so many new things, which made this trip even more special. I’ll forever be grateful to Exotic Paradise Bali for helping create memories that will last a lifetime. Indah arranged the transfer for us from the airport to the first hotel in Seminyak and then to Ubud to go to Permuteran to go snorkeling. She also took care of the car ride to Jatiluwi to go to our Endpoint Seminyak-Denpasar. The cars are spacious and have good air conditioning and have bottles of water ready. Super arranged Indah! We located the driver quickly after we exited the building, and he had a sign with our names on it. He was really pleasant and helpful, and he even assisted us with our luggage. In addition, he was very easy to get in touch with.
