Our driver Lukas picked us up on time at 9am right at our Airbnb. He was informative along the way answering my questions about the area etc. He explained how the tour would be and where he would pick us up and take us back. The tour guide at Auschewicz was equally informative. We were very pleased and highly recommend- 5 stars!
I would highly recommend Poland is beautiful Cracow tours Three friends and I booked this company for a trip to Auschwitz. We were picked up on time with no problem; as soon as we arrived everything was arranged for our tour of Auschwitz. No problems at all and was able to email anytime with any queries. We were also provided with a fresh packed lunch for a fee. Our driver was accommodating and friendly. Would highly recommend ⭐
A fantastic service by this company. Hotel pickup & drop off, our driver Stan was amazing, contacted us that morning to confirm pickup time. That time was at time stated when booking so we had time for breakfast before we went. Auschwitz was truly a humbling experience, I think a must see. A lot of walking and uneven terrain at Birkenau, our guide was great didn't feel rushed even though there was so many other tours going on. Would definitely recommend this company, I'd use them again without hesitation, a seamless experience.
Can’t recommend this company enough, excellent service, picked up from hotel taken to auschwitz and collected and dropped back at hotel, tickets supplied and given to us on arrival, the driver Lucas was very informative and pointed our points of interest on the way. We also used Polandisbeautiful for our airport transfers and they were very good.

Fabulous service from Beautiful Cracow Tours, kept upto date with pick up times via whats app messages. Lukas our tour driver was prompt & very friendly. He talked about some history points on the way to our destination. Lukas also recommended areas to dine after our tour as we were unsure where to go. The transfer to and from hotel was excellent with Lucas the driver for Poland is Beautiful very polite and attentive. The tour itself was again very good however did lose a bit of information from the tour guide due to size of group. It was very unnerving to be at the very same place that the atrocities took place but was well worth doing.

we had booked our tours in advance the 1st being auschwitz with Lukas who was brill. he was on time and very friendly. the 2nd was Viktor for the salt mines who again was on time and very friendly. we had no probs at all with tickets for entry or pick up and drop off. we even booked our return airport transfer with Viktor. would 100% recommend and use again when we come back to Krakow. thanks again guys

We had an incredible day out starting with Lukasz who was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the whole trip. We were able to skip through the lines to enter the facility, avoiding the blistering cold outdoors. Being in the area was very impactful and sent chills through our bones. Despite being covered with warm clothing, we still felt the intense cold with the winds billowing down, leaving us only able to imagine the immense suffering the victims had to go through with hardly any protection. A visit here is a stark reminder of the dark past of humanity and speaks to the importance of remembering our horrid past lest we allow the same incident to repeat itself in the future, if even at a lesser scale.
