Hele arrangementet tager omkring 7 timer. Du vil blive afhentet direkte fra din bolig mellem 07:30 og 10:00 (afhentning tid vil blive bekræftet). Mødet vil finde sted enten i receptionen på et hotel eller udenfor nær en indgang til lejligheder. Lige efter at have samlet alle deltagerne vil du nå Auschwitz i omkring 1 time 15 minutter.
Engelsk guidet tur i Auschwitz og Birkenau Museum leveres af en licenseret museum guide. (Hovedtelefoner er inkluderet) Besøge lejrene tager omkring 3,5 timer og består af sightseeing af to nazistiske lejre & Auschwitz og Birkenau.
Efter en kort pause på op til 15 minutter efter det første besøg i lejren tager vi dig til den anden del af turen – Birkenau (Auschwitz II), som ligger kun få minutter væk. Dette var den største del af det nazistiske koncentrations- og udryddelseskompleks, der blev oprettet med det formål at gennemføre masseudslettelsen af europæiske jøder. Din guide vil fortsætte den bevægelige tur gennem Brzezinka (Birkenau), bygget i 1941 under ordre af Heinrich Himmler, kommandør af SS. Lejren blev designet til at fængsle op til 90.000 mennesker under forfærdelige og umenneskelige forhold. Under besøget vil du lære om de tragiske historier om fanger, brutale udvælgelser ved ankomsten og umenneskelige medicinske eksperimenter udført af nazistiske læger, herunder Josef Mengele. Turen dækker også befrielsen af Auschwitz af soldater fra den 60. armé af den første ukrainske front den 27. januar 1945 – et øjeblik, der markerede slutningen af utænkelige lidelser for de resterende fanger.

Great service, very helpful friendly tour guide who showed us exactly where to go when at Auschwitz. Definitely recommend
Totally worthwhile place to visit. Guide wasn't great, didn't keep his group together, started his talks before some people arrived, lost several members at one time, seemed like he just wanted to get it over with.
Highly recommended. Pick up from the hotel was on time. Driver very pleasant and spoke excellent English, Vehicle was a minibus for 8 persons, clean and well maintained. Driver ensured we knew where to go and remained with us until we had cleared security. The actual guide was very knowledgeable and again spoke excellent English. We ordered the packed lunch option via the operator, note this has to be paid in cash to the driver as it is prepared and delivered by a third party. This was available at the conclusion of the Camp 1 tour. Freshly made and sufficient for hungry teenage boys. Communication before the trip was again excellent with Thomas. If you chose this operator you will not go wrong. Recommended to family and friends. Thank you Thomas and team

The pick up and drop off were excellent, the driver very helpful. Worth leaving Krakov at 6am to get ahead of the huge queues. The guide, we had, for the camps was excellent. A very well worthwhile trip that made us reflect and remember how we should learn from history.

This company lied about pickup time. Says between 7-10am but they picked us up at 6:15am. Otherwise the tour was carried out very professionally.

As explained before the tour, the pickup time depends entirely on the entrance time allocated by the Museum. We also offered you the option of a full refund if the earlier pickup time was not suitable for you. However, you decided to proceed with the tour because there were no other tickets available elsewhere. From the moment we were collected from our hotel to being dropped off at the end, we had a fantastic experience. The staff were polite and well informed, and the day was well organised. For a little extra per person you can buy a packed lunch which we thought was worth the money.

The tour was great, but the van that we traveled with was too crowded. My husband and I had to sit up front t with the driver. I was in the middle and my legs were crammed against the gear shift. A short commute would have been okay, but our commute was almost an hour long.
