Professional and friendly team. Hotel pick-up is very convenient.
I chose Viator to organise my visit to Auschwitz-Birkenau with my son, to make the experience and the logistics of the visit as smooth as possible. The tour covers two sites, and I didn’t want to have to arrange transport between them myself. I was pleased with the service. I thought it was well organised. Slavo contacted me via WhatsApp the day before the tour to arrange the pick-up. As an added bonus, he offered us a packed lunch for 12 euros if required. He came to collect us from the hotel; he was punctual and the minibus was comfortable. We shared the minibus with six other people; it was interesting to chat with other tourists on this very special tour. Slavo was professional, polite and provided us with all the information we needed. I recommend this service.

Highly recommend this tour. Our driver picked us up from our location in the morning. The driver also arranged for our lunch since it is a seven hour tour. This tour was great because we didn’t have to worry about buying tickets or worrying about bus schedules, everything was done for us.

This company were very easy to deal woth from start to finish. They contacted me the day before to tell me the pick up time and collected me from my hotel. The driver, Slavo, also contacted me the day before via WhatsApp to confirm the pick up time and also asked if we would like a packed lunch. This was a great idea and we are glad we availed of this as there is nowhere to go to eat between the two camps/tours and it is a long day. The company organises transport, tickets and a guide for you. The guide is supplied by Auschitz itself and they are assigned to your group, we had Oskar, he was excellent. Overall I would recommend this company to organise your trip to Auschitz-Birkenau.

I would recommend this company without hesitation. The communication was perfect - they tell you your pickup time is between 6-10am and they let me know the exact time the day before. The driver also contacted me via WhatsApp the day before you tell me the pick up time and asked if we wanted a packed lunch as there is nowhere to get food between the tour or Auschitz and Birkenau. This was very convenient and we needed it as it's a long day! This company organised the tickets and guide, although the guides are employed by Auschitz and you won't know what guide you get, we had Oskar and he was excellent.

We booked to visit and got a delightful driver to take us there. He was really good and gave us a guided tour of key information en route which made the hour plus journey from Krakow more interesting. The tour itself was excellent and sobering. The actual tour guide at the memorial was knowledgeable and covered all the key important things. All in all, it was a really good experience with my friends.
