Our driver was on time, courteous and a good driver. He texted us beforehand keeping us aware of his arrival time, which was very reassuring when yiu are concerned about getting to your flight on time.

If I could have given 0 stars, I would have done so. We had booked online, status accepted, but when we arrived in Athens, there was no one there.

Driver was on time- friendly- professional. Transfer went very smoothly. He texted night before to confirm as well. Vehicle was clean.

The driver was late and actually dressed unprofessional, rude and honestly we were unsure he was the driver until we entered the van. All which made two women traveling alone questioning the service. The ride itself was pleasant but a van for 16 ppl was overkill for just two. If I was traveling in a larger group the ride would of been more relaxing.

Our driver picked us up earlier than the 5am appointment. He loaded our bags and safely drove to the airport. We were dropped off in front of our airline terminal. He unloaded our bags and give instructions for when we entered the terminal.

Was expecting same or similar black van that had picked us up from Athens airport but received a run down van that was not in great shape. It was a beat up van and it appeared previous riders had eaten/crumbs everywhere that had not been cleaned prior to our pickup. Concerned we would not make the airport as van was running on its last leg making all kinds of noises.. Driver stopped on side of highway at one point popped hood and did something.
