It was awful!! When I got off the ship the driver was detained by the port police!! It went on for about 15 minutes, they would let me exit the vehicle. It was about a pass. Then the driver ghosted me on the day he was to pick me up for my flight back home!!! I have never been so embarrassed.
What was awful your reservation is from Athens Airport and not from the port and you have not booked a second ride or you may be reviewing the wrong company before you review we suggest that you double check who you review
And the driver was waiting for us the car was clean and comfortable and we had a nice Journey we will definitely recommend them again
They never showed up for our pick up. Our flight was late, they had our flight info to track that information but said they were too busy to get us.
Your reservation was for 6:30 p.m. the driver was waiting for you he was calling you after you landed nobody picked up the phone so we did not know if you were coming or not and we could not wait more than an hour as their other people waiting to get transferred additionally we did not tell you that we are too busy we told you we could send another car but you refused to wait
Very knowlegable and pleasant driver. Learned lot of hindering g our long drive to the airport from the cruise ship terminal. Would highly recommend Costas as a driver.

FRAUD DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! They will steal your deposit, charge you for "insurance" you do not agree to. Then commit fraud on the contract with the cc dispute and get away with it! CRAZY!

Excellent service, Kostas Boulos was very friendly on time for pick up, was waiting for us with the name sign which was helpful for me to identify.
Driver waited for us while we were looking for our luggage. He was very helpful and got us to our destination without a problem.
I used sapphire rental cars last minute by giving them a call while on a boat from Crete to Athens... I had 2 hours until I arrived and they met me at the port, gave me great advice while staying in Athens and then picked me up from the airport when I was done with the car and the cost was super cheap... all in all I will definitely be using them again when I go back to Athens!
