Enoch Lokwa was a great guide. He was very patient when we had to reschedule due to issues with our cruise ship. We were very lucky to see elephants, lions, hippos, and rhinos. Unfortunately we had bad weather but apparently that’s when you get to see the hippos walking around so it worked out!

Top safari experience! Everything was perfectly organized and absolutely impressive. I would particularly like to highlight Enoch – the transfer and the accompaniment from him were simply first-class. Very friendly, reliable and competent. Anytime again!

Unfortunately, no one showed up at the pickup. The hotel was also not notified although this should have been done. Unfortunately, this is probably happening more and more as friends have experienced the same thing while kayaking where no one showed up. Unfortunately not a nice experience as the full day was planned for it. At customer service, no one responded and every phone number is death or issued. So don't even get help or support.

In that email, we explained that the safari was unfortunately fully booked and that we were not able to accommodate you for that time slot. We also asked you to let us know if you would like to choose an alternative afternoon safari instead. Unfortunately, we did not receive any response from you. Please check your email, including your spam or junk folder, and you should be able to find our message there. We understand your frustration and we already refunded a full amount of what you paid Kind regards.

Nothing to see very few animals 2hours from cape town for few animlas that you can see in any zoo very over priced

As this is a large private game reserve, animal sightings can’t be guaranteed since the animals roam freely in their natural habitat, unlike in a zoo. Each safari is unique and depends on natural conditions. Regarding the price, it reflects the long distance transport from Cape Town, professional guiding, and the overall safari experience. We appreciate your understanding and your review.
The experience was great, Enoch, our guide, was very friendly and helpful with all matters. The animal reserve is very big and could host more animals.

The actual tour was fantastic and our driver , Enoch Mukidi lokwa, was superb!!! However, we had booked a sunset tour months earlier and we're confirmed but two days prior we were changed to the day tour which is more expensive and possibly less likely to see all of the animals. It worked out fi e for us, but it seemed very unprofessional.
